Photos and Description of the Orlando vacation rental 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment / condo with lake views

Our beautiful top floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has a fantastic view of the lake. Our apartment is beautifully furnished and has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It includes a 42 inch plasma flat screen TV, 20 inch LCD televisions and DVD players in each bedroom, a sofa sleeper, a full size washer and dryer, PlayStation3, iPod clock radios in every bedroom, phone service for national and international calls and free wireless internet service and a computer. All beds have luxury pillow-top mattresses and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The apartment is self-catering and all dish ware, cookware and utensils are provided. The condo is located in the fabulous Vista Cay resort in the heart of Orlando and is only is only a 2 minute drive or a short peaceful walk to the Orange County Convention centre (OCCC) on International Drive.

The resort has a brilliant location in Orlando! Close to International Drive which is lined with all kinds of restaurants from fast food to elegant dining, shopping and one-of-a-kind attractions. There is a trolley bus service along International Drive which offers exceptional value for money. There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which has complimentary valet parking. The Orlando Orange County Convention centre (OCCC) is only a two minute drive or a short peaceful walk away. SeaWorld and Universal Studios Orlando are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192. You can head west to Tampa/St. Petersburg (only a 1 hour drive) to take in the fantastic white sandy beaches, or visit Sunken Gardens and Busch Gardens. If you want to explore the Atlantic coast, head east on I-4 and visit Daytona or the Kennedy Space Centre.

    · 12.5% Florida Tax will apply to every booking
    · $80 cleaning fee applied to all bookings of 4 nights or less
    · Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
  • All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. A booking will be confirmed in writing or via email once the completed booking form and the deposit of $200/ £100 has been received.
    2. Full payment for rental is due not later than six weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within six weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking.
    3. A security deposit of $300/ £150 is payable and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a satisfactory Management Company report of no loss or damage to the condo.
    4. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable
    condition, it may be necessary to use the security deposit for any costs incurred.
    5. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment, the area is great, the amenities are amazing, there is a wonderful new supermarket on your doorstep, it's just 10 minutes from Universal, Seaworld and Disney, and only about 1 hour 30 minutes from Busch Gardens.

The Property was great, amazing facilities in the kitchen and the living room, and the Wi-Fi was great for me to get onto my work e-mails (yes, I had to be that boring at times). With the free use of a computer I could keep in touch with the owners, who were great while we were there.

I've already recommended this apartment to all my friends and family and they're amazed at how great value the apartment is.

My family & i stayed at this property Easter 2009 - excellent standard of accommodation, immaculate, well-equipped & spacious. Location super too - supermarket within walking distance & attractions really closeby. Would definately reccommend this property & would use again. thank you

The condo was nicely furnished and was very comfortable. Every thing we needed was right there. Great location and we enjoyed the pool.
