Property located on the Mediterranean shores ~ 20 miles (30 km) south of Tel Aviv, in the port city of Ashdod, in an exclusive residential area, within minutes from the beach and very close to the new town centre and marina. Quiet and secluded, but within walking distance from shops and restaurants, the property offers privacy, with no compromise on city life. The town’s location offers easy access to the main motorway to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and it is only 30 min drive from the airport. Its Southern location ensures a sunny and warm weather most year round and an excellent hub for trips to the Dead Sea and ancient ruins of Masada and the Negev Dessert with its colourful sands.
