Brand New construction on 1 1/2 wooded acres, 3500 sq. ft. upside-down house on a deadend cul-de-sac road, private access to the water... steps from the bay in Wellfleet, 420 sq.ft. guest balcony and a smaller private balcony off the upstairs master suite, granite and marble counters throughout, new stainless appliances in a fully equipped dream kitchen, open floorplan with fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning... outdoor shower, gas grill, paved driveway with basketball, sand volleyball court. A lovely 15 min. walk along the water to Uncle Tim's Bridge brings you into town, where you'll find the harbor, galleries, shopping and restaurants, public tennis and basketball courts and bay beaches. A couple of miles by bike or car across Long Pond road brings you to the Atlantic Ocean. ** Sorry -No smoking or pets permitted. **

The Cape Cod National Seashore which protects some 60% of the land in Wellfleet as well as The Audobon Society are headquartered in this quaint and picturesque area, famous for it's fresh shellfish. The 25 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail is accessible at LeCount Hollow Rd. in S. Wellfleet about 2 miles from the house and local bike rentals are available within walking distance from the house during the summer. This house is simply amazing! The house is huge with lots of great space for all guests. Every room was comfortable, the kitchen made cooking (and even cleaning) fun, and the outdoor space was great. The owners were extremely responsive, friendly, and eager to help. They provided us with more information than we knew what to do with. We are hoping to find a week every summer to spend here!

We stayed here with friends and all of our kids, with whom we have vacationed for years, and we all agreed this is the best place we ever rented. With 2 master suites, no couple has to feel they got the short end of the bedroom stick. The kids loved the volleyball court and the adults loved the deck, electronics, and fabulous kitchen. The owner was very responsive when the washing machine wasn't working. Wellfleet is a gem and this house is a great find. We will definitely be back the next time we vacation on the Cape.
