For the price we paid we got one great deal. Although a bit dated the condo was just right for our family. Washer and dryer available in the unit, not the best but worked after running dryer twice. Near all Disney Parks and we were able to go takes break from the fun, take a nap, than head back out. Lots of restaurants in the area and also a target. We'd stay here again. Property manager was very helpful and honest.

This condo was great! For the price you pay you get a good deal! This condo is located close to everything; nothing is too far! It was clean and I loved the shower in the master bedroom and the water pressure was GREAT! I also liked the convinience of having everything handy to cook, wash, etc. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. We felt right at home and I recommend this place to my friends and family who are looking for a home base while in visiting Florida that is affordable and convinient! Can't wait to go back!

The condo description and photos are exactly correct except this is a 2nd story unit not first floor (which was even better for us) This is an excellent condo to use as a "base camp" while busy visiting all the Orlando area theme parks. Excellent value for the money. Condo is older and in need of some updating but was very clean and tidy. Pictures are very true and accurate. If you are looking for granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances etc. this is not the condo for you. If you are looking for an excellent value that is older but extremely clean, this is it. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with.
