One of the Best Lake Views in Cape Royale, A Two Acre Park between You and the Lake! North Royale Greens Park is not only the Nicest in the subdivision is also the Largest complete with a Private Beach Area for your enjoyment! Great for Kids! Volleyball, Horse Shoes, Picnic Tables, His and Hers Restrooms, Lots of Trees. The Back Deck of House faces park area, also back deck has an 8 person Hot Tub that is ready to go in less than 1/2 usually. It has a pool gas heater for the hot tub. Outdoor Speakers for enjoyment of Music in AM/FM or CD's. Also have Boating Service Available just e-mail or ask about!

This is a fully furnished vacation home, with a spacious Master suite with 1 guest bedroom. We are on the western shores of Lake Livingston within the Sam Houston National Forest in Texas hill country 72 miles from downtown Houston, 55 miles from IAH. We have a marina, basketball court, pool, tennis courts, club house, and 18 hole golf course bordering the lake. 24 hour manned security entrance leads to Cape Royale Resort, designed by the same people who bring you the woodlands. The home is at Royale Greens Park offering outdoor activities for games, sports, fishing , swimming and picnicking. We have outdoor tables, and much more. Call the Cape Royale Golf Course for tee times. Coldspring is 3 miles away and offers shops and restaurants. The Marina is in Cape Royale with launch, supply store, gas, slip rental and facilities. Boating Services Also Available! Call or email for availability..

For Special Occasions I can provide the following:

Picnic Basket for 2 ($50.00) - variety of cheese's, meats, crackers, fruit, and a bottle of wine (Red or White) - The Basket will be waiting for you in the refridgerator. The basket includes 2 glass plates, 2 wine glasses, wine opener, cloth napkins, utensils. Please return basket and items. Perfect place to have a romantic day.

I provide party packages that include balloons and party theme decorations, and cakes for children and adults.

This is one of the best vacations that we have taken. The place is extremely nice,
,The pictures don't do it justice. The view is tremendous, sitting in the big leather chair, watching the sun rise in the morning is to die for. The fishing was fun,a lil slow biting but did not go home without 3 bags of fillets. We will be back again. Highly recommend this place. We had a couple of light problems and Wade was there the next day to fix it. Very nice and very clean

This was a wonderful place to spend the week with family! The owners are great and the home has everything to make it feel like your home away from home. The best vacation we've ever taken. Access to the lake was practically right in the back yard! We can't wait to go back!

SFA Graduation Weekend

We stayed here the weekend my daughter graduated from SFA. The accomodations at the house were wonderful (fully equipted)! We loved the back deck which looks over the lake. It was the perfect place for all of us to celebrate the beging of a new chapter of life for my daughter!

Relax and enjoy

We have just spent a delightful week in this superb clean house, it is definitely a home from home with all the mod cons and a fabulous spa. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to couples or families. Our week went so quickly we did not want to leave. The owners are very helpful and friendly and even invited us for a trip around the lake in his very fast pontoon boat which we enjoyed immensely. Fantastic setting with the lake in front of the house, where deer come down to graze. Great golf course and most of all it is a very safe, quiet and friendly environment.

House was exactly as advertised. House was clean and newly renovated. Owner was extremely cooperative and easy to work with.

House is located adjacent to park, providing plenty of room for kids to play. View of the lake was unobstructed and outstanding. House is only yards from the water.
