We, 3 European girls, had a holiday of a lifetime during our stay in Casa Rosaline Beach House in Bequia over NewYear’s.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with 3-4 adults. The 2 bedrooms have AC; there are 2 bathrooms (1 with hot water); and the kitchen has all expected equipment and a big fridge. Our favorite spot of the house was without a doubt the fully furnished outside deck area, looking out over the bay.
As for the area, situated towards the end of Lower Bay, that part of the beach is quiet and hardly disturbed. The local kids are often out and about playing around in the sand and water; and there are some beach bars around for an easygoing breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. A trip into town is a short pick up taxi ride away (or a 30 min walk) for groceries or going out in the evening.
Starting from our enquiries, Edith (the owner) was very helpful and responsive to all our requests; even ensuring a smooth arrival from St Vincent all the way to the house.
A cleaning lady came by twice during our stay, every time leaving us with a nice and tidied house and a fresh supply of towels.
Casa Rosaline Beach House is the perfect place for an uncomplicated holiday getaway with family or friends. Expect to relax to the fullest and enjoy life in island-style.
