This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd & 3rd floor private home is part of a larger house just steps away from Town Park, Free Ski Shuttle, Clark's Market, and Majestic Theater. This special gem is priced lower than hotel room and provides also the privacy and character of an individually owned home. A perfect combination of comfort and convenience with a special flair from Owners' years of international travel. Dogs are welcome with proper supervision and deposit. When the season permits, four-legged visitors are encouraged to romp and play in large fully fenced back yard- especially while their Guardians enjoy a refreshing beverage in the private gazebo or B-B-Que area. If you need less space, ask about renting the smaller downstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with two private decks. HA #951009

Relax on the enormous, comfortable couch, the cozy leather lazy boy chair or hammock. Your pick! There are plenty of books to read from the lending library or classic movies on the DVD and with the wood burning stove. You won't want to leave the house after a day of biking, hiking, or skiing. Cook up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen that seats nine and enjoy a private dinner at the property. In the evenings, gather around the dining or coffee table for a night of fun with all the board games provided. Or...if you're feeling like a night on the town, walk just a few blocks to Elk Avenue to visit all the amazing restaurants and bars. In the summer, there are 'Townies' available for guest to ride uptown. Belleview Bliss is just close enough all the action to easily go out, but far enough away to be quiet at closing time. And with up to 3 OFF STREET parking spaces, you'll never need to move your car during your entire stay.

About Candace Coen

RESORT LIVING is the life for me! I grew up in Horseshoe Bay, Texas - a laid back lake town just outside of Austin - full of summer fun on the water with family and friends. I discovered Crested Butte in 1994 and have spent many years here, having that same great fun with good people but instead in the snow and hiking the amazing wildflower trails.

There were a few years away, attending George Washington University, where I earned a Master's Degree in Sustainable Development from the School of Business and Public Policy Management and two years attending the University of Denver School of Law.

But I couldn't stay away for long and returned to become an REALTOR, Owner of Colorado Legacy Properties, investor, property manager, and homeowner. I am now renovating 4 vacational rental propertyies.
