Sant Josep (San Jose) Vacation Rental villa: Calla Vadella

We have just returned from a week at La Concha. We are very discerning clients and only like immaculate properties. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children - a 3 year old and a one year old) We were not let down at all by this villa at all. It is modern, decorated very tasetfully and has views that are simply breathtaking.

The pictures on this website are very accurate and we arrived in La Concha finding exactly what we expected. It was very clean (cleaned a couple of times by very friendly staff whilst we were there as well) and exceptionally well maintained.

The owner was a delight to deal with from the first time we spoke with her. She provided access to her representative who even met us at the local beach when we arrived (it is not the easiest to find, but that is part of the charm).

Swimming pool perfect, quite warm and with amazing views.

We would absolutely recommend this property without any reservations. In fact, we are likely to spend some more weeks there in the future ourselves. I trust that this review will not lead to a "hike" in prices!

Nearby (a 3 minute drive) there is one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches in Ibiza, Cala Verdella. A perfect place for children and spending the day on a fine sandy beach. There are several very appealing restaurants along the beach itself - exactly as you imagine they should be. The local supermarket is small and has everything you need (and is not too expensive). It is about a 20 minute drive of you want to do your "weekly shop" to a more substantial supermarket.

And the thing that is the best of everything - the sunset. Wow! It is right in front of the villa over the sea that you have a great view of.

There is simply nothing that we could fault on the villa and there is rarely the occassion for us saying that .. and we are perfectionists.

And finally, for those of you reading this review and wondering how we found the villa, we found it on holiday-rentals by complete chance. We did not know the owner beforehand and have no other connections with them!

Mooi ontworpen geschakelde villa op ca 1 km afstand (heuvel op) van het beschut gelegen zandstrand in Cala Vadella. De villa biedt veel privacy en is voorzien van alle benodigdheden voor een aangenaam verblijf op het mooie eiland Ibiza. De villa is modern en stijlvol ingericht door de eigenaresse Andrea. 's Avonds is het genieten van de neergaande zon die recht tegenover de royale glaspartij in de zee ondergaat. Wij hebben er een aangename voorjaarsvakantie doorgebracht met onze twee tieners. De toewijding en zorg van de eigenaresse bij zowel de voorbereiding als tijdens het verblijf heeft ons aangenaam verrast.

my wife and I took our 1 year old daughter to La Concha last august and had an amazing time. the property is exactly as you see...clean modern and really well located. Its easy to go to nice family beaches nearby and all te hotspots are within easy reach.We are pretty fussy and this place delivers on all fronts. the help we got getting there and looking after us was excellent too.
