'Stick in the sand II' is in the Heart of Old Destin. This Sunchase townhome unit is on the most highly-desired beaches of Destin, and you can't get a better seat. You will be within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. 2 blocks from the Whales Tail. There's no pool here, but the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own beach. Forget something, just walk across the street to Circle K. No car needed.
A 5 min drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping like Baytowne or Destin Harbor take 10min and you're there
Close to everything, comes with everything. This unit is a 'NO SMOKING' lockout unit which can sleep 6-9 people on the upstairs 2 floors and four people on the first floor studio unit. The entrance to this unit is a ground level where unit studio unit with a King Size Bed and Queen fold out sofa.
Go upstairs and you will find a living room area with a second queen foldout sofa, dining room and kitchen. The 3rd floor contains a King size bed in the master, and a queen bed and bunk bed with trundle in the guest room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom.
All rooms come with Flatscreen TV's, and DVD Players, Full Kitchen equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.
The private balconies are equipped with chairs for a relaxing evenings. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach.

The private balcony is equipped with chairs for a relaxing evening. Beach chairs are included. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Play in the beach all day and rinse off in the outdoor shower.
