4 bedrooms, one suite, accommodating 15 people

The house has a great room with 2 rooms, fireplace, 32-inch LCD TV, dining table for 08 seats, plus kitchen and 02 bathrooms, plus the suite. At the ranch next to the house is the dining space, with pizza oven, barbecue, wood stove and a table for 14 people. The game room features, pool table, ping-pong, card table, a sofa bed and two bathrooms. The pool is across the game room, with a large lawn area for volleyball.
Car: recommended

The Panorama Site, located between Bragança Paulista and Vargem, has a beautiful view of the valleys and mountain climate. There are four bedrooms and one suite and accommodation for 15 people in beds. Beside the house is a ranch with barbecue, wood stove and oven pizza, games room with pool table, ping-pong and card games. The pool is across the game room. Kitchen with 2 fridges, stove 6 burner stove, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster and all utensils. Near the site, after a walk of about 400 meters, you reach a mini-market, bakery, butcher shop, drinks, etc ... essential support to not have to move to the city.

  • The Site is available for families, as the value reported in the table, up to 15 people. Up to 15 people, there is additional fee for extra person, per day, watching the ceiling of 20 people. Daily Charge of $ 40.00 per person and Packages Daily Charge of $ 60.00 per person. To accommodate people have extra mattresses available. The reserve will be effected by deposit of 40% of the time, signing of the lease to the season and receiving the check deposit of $ 2. 000.00 (two thousand reais). The remaining balance must be made until 05 days before entering the property. Or if you prefer you may spread the pack in 02 times the credit card in our store in Jardins in Sao Paulo / SP. Cleaning fee of R $ 70.00 to be paid to the home at the end of the stay.
