Im a retail business owner that grew up in downtown Annapolis. On the side I invest in real estate and enjoy distance running , riding bikes, swimming, paddleboarding and eating out at all of Naptowns great restaurants..
Megan purchased this house in 2007
This house is on my favorite street in the Historic district. I fell in love with it when I saw it, bought it and did some renovating so that now its perfect.
The private park at the end of Charles is so relaxing, its the only private park in all of downtown.
Thanks so much for renting your home to me and my aides for the legislature season- I know you normally don't rent out for such long periods . The location downtown could not be beat and I really appreciate your special touches to make us all feel at home- Unfortunately now my wife want to hire you to decorate our place- we love your style. We would love to go ahead and reserve it again for the next two sessions if you will have us again! Thanks for everything- Delegate Glenn Glass
What a lovely , quaint house! It was very cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Megan was very helpful with our questions. Highly recommended.
This house is in the perfect location and is such a quaint house !!! LOVED IT !!!
The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean with all the conveniences of a home. We were so very surprised that our teenagers even loved the home and especially the location. It was within walking distance to all. We were there on business and stayed an extra day because it was such a great place. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this home!
Home was perfect...location is close to everything in downtown Annapolis! Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back. If you have pets the dog park down the street was a blast. My dogs loved it and could not wait to get down there and play with new friends.
My family and I flew from Australia and stayed at this wonderful home for a month. We used it as a base to travel and work in other parts of the country and we just loved coming 'home' every time. There was plenty of space, gorgeous decor and lots of amenities (towels, soap etc.). Having arrived late at night after a gruelling 2 days of travel we were delighted to see Megan had stocked the pantry with breakfast items for us! How great to just wake-up and have breakfast already there. Megan took great care of us and nothing was too much trouble, including tracking down a winter coat for my 4 year old son as it was impossible to get one at a reasonable price in the Australian summer. The location is superb. We didn't have a car but really enjoyed walking home from the local restaurants each night. I can't recommend this property highly enough - it is very, very special.
Very cute home. Very well appointed. Located in historic district of Annapolis, so within easy walking distance of downtown shops, harbor, Naval Academy and historic homes and streets. Owner - Megan - was extremely accommodative and responsive prior to and during our visit. All in all of very enjoyable weekend for our 3 couples - would return in a heart beat. Thank you very much Megan.
