    **A welcome pack of basic drinks is included in the price. A villa clean and change of linen (bedding and towels) per week is included in the price.
    **Tuesday is our turnaround day. We rarely accept bookings starting on a day other than Tuesday
    ***For children under 2 years old we supply a canvas travel style cot and a high chair free of charge but do ask clients to supply the cot bedding.

BOOKING - if you then wish to book, we send you a Holiday Offer and Costing which invites you to pay a 20% deposit to secure the villa. BALANCE PAYMENT - the remaining 80% is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and we send an invoice about 2 weeks before that. RECEIPTS - will be issued for both these payments. PAYMENT METHOD - you can send us money to our Crete bank by direct interbank transfer or pay by credit or debit card through the on-line payment agency PayPal. To facilitate the former we will send you a form containing all the details you will need of our bank, etc. You can then fill in your details and send or phone all this to your bank. In the other case, we have to send you a PayPal invoice and the fairly simple procedure is outlined on it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very well furnished house, very comfortable and with a very nice view over Souda bay and the hills.
The rooms are very bright and modern.
The swimming pool was most welcome by the whole family.
We also liked the quietness of the place.
