This Amazing Getaway beach home is located between Montauk lake and Montauk Downs golf course. It is a few minutes from the harbor, town or ocean beaches. And just a two minute drive to town, the ocean, and the harbor area. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, mud room, a living room and a pull out couch in one of the family rooms. It is gorgeous with cathedral ceilings, lots of large windows, hardwood floors a wrap around balcony, awesome play ground for the kids ( with monkey bars, play house, etc.) and a beautiful lake view. All linens and bath towels are provided for renters, as well as all house necessities, i.e. waffle maker, blender etc. This home provides,outdoor shower and dinning table set, BBQ, cable, internet and (2) flatscreen televisions. The house has screened in sliding doors and windows, it is cozy on cool evenings, yet open and airy during warm summer days.

This house was absolutely amazing. I came up with twelve friends for a girls weekend and the house was even better in pictures then the pictures showed! It was clean, and comfortably slept everyone. The kitchen was great and we ended up cooking for most of the weekend. Maria was very easy to get in touch with and was always fast to respond to both calls and emails. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!

What a beautiful home! I rented this house for a girls getaway weekend and we had a great time! The house is beautiful and spotless. The deck is relaxing and has a great view. The house is set back so you have your privacy and plenty of parking! Maria was a pleasure to rent from and house was even nicer then pictures show. We will definitely be renting again!

My girlfriends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house is absolutely amazing!! It was perfect locations wise as it was a quick drive to the beach and we could ever see the water from the deck, which is where we spent most of the day because the weather was absolutely amazing this weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and has so much space for everyone to just sit and hang out. We literally didnt want to leave and hope to be back next year. Perfect weekend!

I was just here for the weekend with a bunch of my girlfriends and we absolutely loved the house and how close it was to the beach and bars!! We couldnt have had a better weekend weather wise, so we spent much of our time out on the huge wrap around deck. The house is decorated beautifully and has such a cool Montauk beach vibe. The view of the water from the deck was really breathtaking, we literally did not want to leave!! Hope to be back again next year!

Such a relaxing weekend

This house is such a great find. I stayed here towards the end of September and the weekend away was just what I needed. The house is just as the pictures show with a great decor and everything you need. The town and beach are close by which is a definite plus. Maria was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended!
