Welcome to our 'spot' in the sun. We would love to share our home away from home with you. Our unit is remodeled and updated for a nice comfortable stay. Top of the Gulf is located in the popular Thomas Drive area.Walking distance to La Vela , Spinnakers, Alvins Island and a Pizzeria. Pineapple Willy's is just up the street. It has the most beautiful beaches you could ask for. Our unit has a balcony right outside the front door to sit and take the beauty in. There are larger public balconies with chairs and tables to hang out at. We have a large pool and a kiddie pool. The snack bar is open in the busy season. From the unit you have great views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. It is absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets are fantastic. This complex is perfect for those looking for a nice place to stay with out having to pay new condo prices. Our rates are very reasonable and you can count on being able to reach us for anything. We have private parking with security. White Sand awaits you!

Our unit has just been remodeled and updated to make you feel right at home. It offers accomodations for 6 (max).

1 King sized bed, a queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds. We also have a full kitchen with all the things you will need to cook. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and cookware. If you dont want to cook, that's okay because some of the best seafood awaits you all over the city.Our unit has 1 full bath with a built in hairdryer. There is a laundromat for convienance. We do have a TV, DVD-VCR, and alarm clock. The best thing about our unit is you have an oceanfront unit with great views for an affordable price. It is a nice clean unit and has a new air conditioning unit . We would love for you to stay with us, create memories and return every year! Contact us if you have any questions. This unit is perfect for those who want to stay at a nice place with out NEW place prices. We remodeled and replaced everything with all NEW things. We love our condo and you will too!!

We love the Thomas Drive area. It is a little less congested usually and is near our favorite places to hang out.

We are located in the Thomas Drive area. Real close to some great Restaurants like, Spinnakers, Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Freds, Scampys, and 2 Brothers Pizza. Also close by is Club La Vela. Within walking distance. There is a Alvin's Island right across the street and a miniature golf and Huge maze right down the street for the kids. Our beaches are the best in the world!! Ripleys Believe it or not and Wonder Works are within a mile.

Fabulous time!

Absolutely love this condo! We first stayed in the condo in July and the second we got home we contacted Tina to book us for August. The condo is beach front and well kept. I could walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 3 minutes. The resort also has a nice pool with grills that we made great use of. Condo is very close to spinnaker. We walked there almost everyday for drinks. The condo has a lot of space. The king size bed is wonderful as well as the bunk beds. Owner is very quick to answer phone calls and e-mails with any concerns. We have stayed here twice in one month and it sure won't be our last time!

A trip that will be remembered.

Our stay at Top of the Gulf was very enjoyable. We found the condo to be well maintained, clean, and stocked as advertised plus some. Perfect place to stay for just two people or for a group/family. You're only an elevator ride, few steps to the right past the pool till your feet are in the sand and the ocean infront of you. There's two different balconies for a person to relax on and enjoy the view of the beach as well. Tina, the owner, was always so sweet and curteous to us. I will definetly keep this condo in mind for my next trip to PCB.

Perfect Vacation!!!

This was the answer to the perfect vacation. Just wanted to take the time to thank you Tina. My family had a wonderful time in the condo. We didn’t want to leave. Everything was perfect!! We heard others complaining about their room and thought – wow…we have the best unit available. We had everything we needed and then some. Poolside was fantastic and then the beach only a few steps away. The unit was clean and relaxing. Everything was close - including shopping and restaurants. Some only a short walk away. My granddaughters have already said that our next trip – they want the same unit. Everything was as described and even better than the pictures. I appreciate everything and look forward to staying in the unit again. Can’t wait to get back. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Vacation Destination

Our stay at Top of the Gulf was wonderful. The staff members are exciting and helpful and the studio condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is located in the middle of all the Panama City Beach excitement and the views are fabulous. It literally takes less than four minutes to get on the elevator and be right on the beach . . . in the ocean. We are super impressed with the value for such a wonderful condo. We didn't have to contact the owner during our stay but our contact prior to arrival was pleasant and helpful. Thanks, Tina, for helping make our first visit to PCB a great one !!! Chadwick & Family
