Living room with ceiling fan, TV with DVD and a balcony with a hammock.

Full kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, blender and all utensils.

Parking of vehicles on the ordinance, entitled to 1 vehicle in front of the apartment.

Condo with exclusive access to the right corner of Praia de Barra do Una: -

Tennis Court, Outdoor games for children, swimming pool, bar and beach service for placing umbrella.
Nearest Airport : Guarulhos at 150 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway : Rodovia Rio-Santos at 1.5 Kilometres

Beach in the city of San Sebastian (northern coast) next to the beach Juquey, a small village with little infrastructure, owning restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Attractive features as the output of the Una river, with some marinas, where bursts are the Yacht Club de Barra do Una. In the river unites you can rent jet-skis, kayaks and boats for tours, with the possibility of excursions to nearby islands.
