CONVENIENT CITY PARK HOME, PERFECT FOR BUSINESS OR LEISURE

Don't let the demure exterior of this little gem fool you! This home is clearly lovingly maintained and stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The kitchen even satisfied my picky gourmet demands! The bed I slept in was so comfortable that one morning I woke up and thought I was at home. An ample backyard with privacy fence lends itself to entertaining complete with grill and outdoor seating. Andrew was prompt to respond to our every need.
We enjoyed the antique stores on S. Broadway.
This will definitely be our Denver base whenever we return!

We loved this sweet and well-appointed little house, and it very quickly became our home from home. The listing description was accurate, and we were delighted with what we found both in the house and its surroundings, particularly the nearby City Park, and its Sunday evening concerts. The house was clean and well cared for. It felt very much like somebody's home, rather than impersonal rental accommodation. Laura and Andrew provided the perfect balance of attentiveness while giving us space and respecting our privacy. They continued to be thoughtful and helpful after our visit, forwarding mail and being flexible to accomodate our travel plans. We would certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative, and would be delighted to return.

First, if you have never done a vaction rental before, do not hestiate to try it. It is much better than being traped in a hotel, and is much more affordable that the places in downtown Denver.

This house is small, but wonderfully furnished, well stocked and CLEAN (certainly cleaner than any hotel room). All the linens, soaps, paper products and kicthenware are there. There was even a cooler that we made use of on our day trip to the national park. The back yard is large and has a privacy fence. There is nice lawn furniture and a covered patio with a grill, table, and chairs.

The neighborhood is wonderful- quiet, near the zoo, and near many great restaurants. It feels very safe. No worries about location. It is a 3 mile car ride downtown, or a quick, conevenient bus trip.

Given the advantages of having the privacy of a whole house (with a kitchen) there is no reason to stay in a hotel if you are in town for more than a couple days. If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! You will NOT be dissappointed. :-)
