I just wanted to let you know we loved the house and all the amenities you provided. My mom was very comfortable there and we had a wonderful Colorado visit..... There is such a welcome home feel to your house that we felt like we were coming home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there and all that you provided. We loved it.
This house is a gem. So convenient to downtown, close to shops and great coffee spots (try Purple door, soooo good!).
The house is well equipped with everything you could need- kitchen well stocked with essentials like spices and condiments, water cooler on fridge and other staples.
The off street parking is useful for easy load/unload. Laura was very helpful when needed and responded quickly.
Much better than staying in a hotel, with all the amenities for a self made holiday.
This house was perfect for our family of four. We each had our own room and that was huge for the little ones. The house was older but had great updates. It had an amazing back yard. Quick drive to downtown and close to the zoo. Laura was great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Denver!
We travelled cross country to visit family and since we have a good size family it was nice to have a place to stay that we could all fit and have our own personal space! It was great to have meals together and a room for each of us. Our kids loved being able to relax in the back yard or watch movies after a day of sight seeing. They have everything you could think of there at the house to make our stay comfortable! When we return to Denver we will look forward to staying here again! Thanks!
This Denver home has every essential you need. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely remodeled. Everything was clean and well taken care of. All the appliances were new. The furnishings and beds were all in good shape and comfortable. The house was very family friendly and the back yard and patio was great for eating breakfast and watching the kids play. Our ONLY complaint we had was that you had to duck under the large pine tree in order to get up the front walk.
The Denver Zoo, City Park, Botanical Gardens and Nature and Science Museum are all three minutes away and Coors Field/Downtown only took us about 10 minutes. The Neighborhood is well into a revitalization period with many remodeled and even a few new homes.
We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great central location in Denver.
We rented this house for our family of four and it was great. The house is very well appointed with all of the kitchen basics (spices, honey, coffee etc.) so that you can easily prepare meals without trying to find tiny travel size food items at the grocery. The grill is really easy to use and the back yard was perfect for letting kids run around and the adults relax before dinner. During our stay we saw temperatures ranging from 75 to 16 and the house was well equipped with extra blankets, a snow shovel (which we needed) and the no shoes policy was great because there was a tray for damp shoes as soon we walked in.
With plenty of parking we were able to easily park a mini van out front and the location was a very quick 15 minute trip downtown to see Coors Field as well as a 5 minute trip over to the Museum of Nature and Science and the Zoo. Being just outside downtown it was also very easy to head out of town to see Red Rocks and do some hiking.
We have already recommended this location to family and would definitely rent it again.
Some friends and I came to Denver for our spring break and this house was perfect! It's in an awesome location. I thought the cost was very reasonable so I contacted the owner Laura. Turns out she is just as awesome as the house! She worked with us really well to set up the reservations. Also she had the house stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, condiments, and so on. It really helped to make our grocery cost go down. She also left us a list of local restaurants and the addresses. We tried a few and they were all delicious. Truly this house was perfect and so was the owner and I would recommend it to anyone!
Less than 4 blocks from City Park, where you will find the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Natural Science and History, a golf course, playgrounds, running paths, tennis, and local jazz concerts in the summer. It is a short drive or quick bus ride downtown to the 16th Street shopping mall, movie theater, Denver Art Museum, and the Theater District. The Botanical Gardens, one of the top 5 gardens in the country, is less than 2.5 miles away. With easy access to I-70, the Rocky Mountains are 30 minutes away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or an outdoor concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Denver truly has it all -- multiple outdoor activities, fine dining, breweries, outlet malls, the ballet, theme parks, or catch a Broncos, Rockies or Nuggets game!
