Flat with 2 bedrooms for 6 people in the center of Guaruja 70 meters from the beach

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. We have a suite with double bed, a bedroom with double bed plus 2 singles mattresses. The room possesses 2 environments with color TV plus a bathroom. Besides the fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. We have cable TV and internet in the apartment on the ground floor of the building. The building possesses two covered parking spaces. To conclude we have a beautiful terrace which runs from end to end of the apartment with a beautiful view of the sea.
Nearest Beach : Pitangueiras at 0.1 Kilometres

Flat for rent in central Guaruja. The apartment is fully equipped as you can see in the photos. We have accommodation for up to 6 people. The building is 70 meters from the beach, close to shopping La Plage (great location). In its surroundings we have supermarkets, bakeries, shops, restaurants, ice cream .... all very close. Do not rent to youth group to make lease contract and need the names of the occupants of the property to let in the lobby of the building. Besides the complete relaxation, we have internet and cable tv, own also beach service and housekeeping every day. Parking space for 2 cars.
