Very pretty small charming 45 sq.m apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It can be rented for 4 guests (one double bed and one sofa bed sleeping 2), on the 2nd floor of a typical 17th century building along a calm sunny road in the historic, artistic and literary quarter of Paris. Just 5 minutes on foot from Notre Dame and Saint Germain des Prés, close to the Saint Michel metro and many bus routes. An ideal starting point to discover the exceedingly beautiful cultural and tourist hotspots of the capital city. Numerous cafés, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries and shops nearby.

Nice experience!

We had a lovely time in Paris and enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated Paris apartment with a lot of character. The owner, Mina, personally met us and showed us around the apartment. She is lovely and speaks good English. There is very easy access from CDG to the apartment and from the apartment there is easy access to anywhere you may want to go on foot, by Metro or RER. The neighborhood is lively with many nice restaurants as well as grocery stores. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, however, an elevator is currently being installed which will be nice for us older travelers.😊 Thank you Mina for a lovely Paris vacation.

A gorgeous Parisian pied a terre

We loved staying in this apartment! It is on the second level (without a lift) in a gorgeous historic building in the most amazing location! The apartment is charming, spacious and light with parquetry floors throughout. It is well equipped with everything you need! The location is superb! Close to Place Saint Michel and 2 Metro stations-Saint Michel and Odeon. There are lots of dining choices close by and supermarkets also…. The apartment is situated in a quiet street surrounded by everything! The owner/host was terrific, travelling by train from Normandy to greet us and show us through. She also came to say goodbye the night before we left AND ordered a taxi for our early morning departure. We very much recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Great location in Paris

On a quiet street yet this than a block to cafes, restaurants, shopping. Short walk to Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Cluny Museum, Pantheon, etc Handy to Metro. Host Nina is very helpful and fun. Plenty of space for 2. Keep in mind on 2nd floor (in US we would say 3rd) with tall ceilings so many steps. We hope to come back and stay here again.

A perfect stay

This is a beautiful apartment, perfectly located on a quiet street very close to shops, restaurants, Notre Dame, and the Seine. Mina is a wonderful host. It was easy to communicate with her and she made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in Paris!

We had a delightful week long stay at Marc and Mina's apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet street in the best part of Paris (IMO). It is steps from public transportation points, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores. The Louvre and Orsay Museums, and Notre Dame are also short walking distance away. The apartment is on the second floor (European) of a historic building with windows to the street, inner courtyard, and back. It is bright, and the windows provide great cross ventilation. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cookware and service ware. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with great water pressure and hot water. The bed is comfortable, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. There are also two fans for those hot summer days. Mina is a very friendly and kind host. She spent time orienting us to the workings of the apartment, and was just a delight! Thank you Mina! We look forward to returning.
