Newly designed and remodeled home in 2012! This 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home is great for a family vacation. The master and second bedroom feature queen beds, and the large third bedroom features two more queen beds.

The kitchen is brand new top to bottom with granite counters, glass backsplash, Italian tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. If you don't feel like cooking the home is a short walk to great Austin food. BBQ, home cooking, and a neighborhood deli are all nearby. The home is ideally situated near the Crestview Rail station which takes you downtown. Bus lines are also nearby.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults or 8 people total.

About Amanda & Greg

We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!

This home is just stunning! It's been completely renovated top to bottom, and the backyard is just a nice. And the best part is the short walk to the Crestview Lightrail Station which will take you downtown in no time at all!

What makes this house unique

We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!

The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.

Honestly, I couldn't have imagined a better rental house for a quick Austin trip. The owners/managers were so easy to work with and communicate with. The accommodations were impeccable. They had everything I needed for my 14 month old, which was an unexpected and wonderful surprise. Everything about this rental experience was awesome. Thank you Greg and Amanda!!

Excellent stay & good location

As this was my first time staying in a home rather than a renting a hotel, I had no expectations. As soon as we arrived I was immediately satisfied that we had chosen this property.

It was nice and relaxing, made me feel like I was in my own home. Everything was as described and everything was clean and well-maintained. The design and decoration of the property was great.

The owners were great. Greg and Amanda replied surprisingly quick to all my questions and concerns, and were easily reachable.

Location was good, not too close to downtown and UT campus, but not too far away either.

I highly recommend this property, and would return again should I need a place to stay when I am in Austin.

Makes house renting very easy

We had an excellent stay with Allandale Rentals. The communication was very clear and quick. The rental was easy to navigate upon arriving at dark with 3 small kids. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location is excellent. Highly recommend!

This property lives up to the promise of the pictures, both in style and cleanliness. The door-locking system was convenient, and the house was stocked with most of life's basic needs. My family liked how nice it was to be together in a homey atmosphere compared to staying in multiple hotel rooms.
