This beautiful home is newly designed and was renovated in 2012! It has newly refinished dark hardwood flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets and dark granite, marble flooring in both bathrooms and custom glass tile, stainless appliances, ceiling fans throughout, and updated faucets & fixtures, etc...
The home has 4 queen beds and pack & play crib so your group can sleep comfortably. We make all of our bedrooms cozy and comfortable with side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, curtains and blinds for privacy. The living room has plenty of seating, a 50' flat screen TV, books/games/dvds, and is open to the dining room where the table expands and there is seating for 6. The home only gets better when you walk into the backyard - grill some burgers, enjoy a picnic under the trees, or just relax on the 250 square foot patio. And the best part is this retreat is just a short 8-10 minute walk to the train which will quickly take you downtown! The train will drop you off in front of the convention center in about 18 minutes!*
AMENITIES: The home comes stocked with fresh linens & towels, soaps, a fully equipped kitchen, spices, etc... We provide all the things you might need in the kitchen including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, pots/pans, bake ware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, ironing board/iron, and household supplies. Guests may park under the carport or in the driveway.

This home is just stunning! It's been completely renovated top to bottom, and the backyard is just a nice. And the best part is the short walk to the Crestview Lightrail Station which will take you downtown in no time at all!
