All our rental homes are fully licensed [Austin license # 111861]. If you have a larger group, we have several different sized rental homes in the area, so we can always accommodate your group!

This beautiful home is newly designed and was renovated in 2012! It has newly refinished dark hardwood flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets and dark granite, marble flooring in both bathrooms and custom glass tile, stainless appliances, ceiling fans throughout, and updated faucets & fixtures, etc...

The home has 4 queen beds and pack & play crib so your group can sleep comfortably. We make all of our bedrooms cozy and comfortable with side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, curtains and blinds for privacy. The living room has plenty of seating, a 50' flat screen TV, books/games/dvds, and is open to the dining room where the table expands and there is seating for 6. The home only gets better when you walk into the backyard - grill some burgers, enjoy a picnic under the trees, or just relax on the 250 square foot patio. And the best part is this retreat is just a short 8-10 minute walk to the train which will quickly take you downtown! The train will drop you off in front of the convention center in about 18 minutes!*

AMENITIES: The home comes stocked with fresh linens & towels, soaps, a fully equipped kitchen, spices, etc... We provide all the things you might need in the kitchen including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, pots/pans, bake ware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, ironing board/iron, and household supplies. Guests may park under the carport or in the driveway.

This home is just stunning! It's been completely renovated top to bottom, and the backyard is just a nice. And the best part is the short walk to the Crestview Lightrail Station which will take you downtown in no time at all!

We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!

Perfect rental house

Every spring my friends and daughters pick a city and go on an all girls vacation. This year we chose Austin and decided we would reserve a homeaway house to stay in during our trip. I had suggested it and worried that if everything didn't turn out good it would be my fault. Well everything was great!! We all had plenty of space to store our luggage and "stuff" and the beds were really comfy. We had a rental car so we didn't use the public transportation but it was a really good location to get to downtown, restaurants, 6th street etc. What was really great about it was usually when we get hotel rooms we all kind of separate into our rooms in the evening but this way we could hang out together. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. It was nice to have the kitchen to have coffee in the mornings and store drinks and a few groceries. I would definately recommend this and give it a big thumbs up for others.

Very tastefully decorated and a gorgeous kitchen. every cooking utensil and dish we needed was there. forgot to pack shampoo and was very happy to see that some was provided. just like a hotel except I didn't hear people walking past my room all the time, hahaha. Owners were very friendly and responded very quickly to my inquiry unlike some other houses I had looked into.

Feeling like a local

Nice and quiet, loved the neighborhood. Took walks in the evenings and talked to some very friendly neighbors along the way. We felt like locals! If you like walking, it's great having a small grocery story in the neighborhood, and the food at the Little Deli was great. We didn't take any public transportation but we did see the train and bus stops that are nearby. We missed the live music at Threadgills (we went the wrong day) but did enjoy the food there. House was nice and we had a very enjoyable trip.

Great place to stay!

We love staying with Allandale Rentals! This was the second time that we have rented from them. The first time we rented the back house to this house. We were staying for longer this time which is why we rented this house because it has one more bedroom.

It is decorated very nice. Modern but not too modern. All the furniture was very comfortable and the house was set up in a great, practical fashion.

Updated bathrooms and kitchen are a plus! AND out of all rental properties we have stayed in, and that is a lot, this kitchen was the best stocked with appliances, dishes, bowls, pots, pans, knifes, etc. I am a cooker and we have two kids so having a kitchen like this is super helpful!!!

Also, has a great deck with grill. And good small, fenced in yard which was perfect for our kids.

I would recommend this house highly and working with Amanda. Both of our rentals with them were seamless and the houses were great.

Good location, close to good food

This was such a great place to stay to feel like a local! When I was discussing our trip on the phone with Amanda I mentioned how my family was looking forward to some good Texas barbeque, and she told me that Stiles Switch BBQ, 2 blocks away, was rated by Texas Monthly as one of the top 50 BBQ joints in the country! Let's just say it's dangerous to be within walking distance of food that good. I know this isn't a food review, but if you stay here you MUST walk down the street and get some brisket. As for the home, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and the family had a blast. Oh! And I almost forgot coffee beans are provided that you can grind fresh. I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee every morning out on the back deck. It was a great way to start each day of a great trip.
