This private home is nestled in the Phoenix Biltmore Area. The central location boasts a rare, private and unique tranquil escape minutes from the happening downtown central corridor. This spacious non-smoking 2300 sq. ft. property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. It is surrounded by 8’-12’ walls, private patio and pool, out-door and in-door dining, with lots of natural light. This private retreat has been recently modernized with comfortable contemporary style including hardwood floors, travertine and marble features, bright windows and sky-lights, and fully upgraded granite and stainless steel kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a sunken shower with rainforest shower head and natural light, the guest bathroom has a Jacuzzi shower tub that is perfect for a romantic evening or soaking sore muscles after long days of hiking and golf.

Property is located 10 minutes North of Sky Harbor Airport, and is minutes away from the Arizona Biltmore resort and numerous nationally ranked golf courses. This property is one of the only 45 properties built throughout the Phoenix area.It features an open floor plan, fireplace and large arched living room window which is very special to me and my family. The neighborhood is very quiet and property is located in a cul de sac. The property feels very 'homey'.

wonderful, comfortable home

The home was very comfortable and felt "homey" right away. The yard is enclosed with a high wall, so it is very private. The beds were comfy. All the amenities you need are in the home (stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in the garage, internet, tvs,etc). Would definitely stay here again. Cornell was available immediately by phone with any little question we had. Great location.

Roomy and Relaxing

This home was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the privacy. Plenty of outdoor space to relax also. The location is very central and easy to get just about anywhere you want to go. We loved having the TV's in the bedrooms so we could each watch what we wanted after a busy day. The kitchen is very nice. This place really met our needs. There was five adults staying here and we were very pleased with our choice. Would stay here again if all us of traveled together again.

Great owner, very responsive and accommodating. Photos accurately reflect the property. House was clean and well maintained. I would recommend the property to a friend. Location was great, close proximity to baseball spring training games, downtown Scottsdale, and the airport. Private backyard.

We stayed here while we went down for the Fiesta Bowl. The property exceeded expectations, and if we go to Phoenix again I hope this place will be available. Cornel was very accommodating, and any questions we had he answered them quickly. All in all it was a great trip and this house had a lot to do with that. Thanks Cornel.

If you have high expectations, this is the place!

We arrived at the property on October 4, 2012, not only was the owner professional, courteous and very affable, the house was better than advertised and far exceeded our expectations. It was very tastefully decorated, clean and felt like a home away from home. The property, while located in close proximity to Indian school, is very quiet and we felt as though we had our own backyard oasis. We spent most of our time in Scottsdale and found the property to be very convenient to most freeways. We are seasoned travelers and have used Home Away and VRBO extensively, we would highly recommend this property in all aspects and look forward to staying again in the near future.
