Photos and Description of the Javea vacation villa rental Lovely bright villa on a flat sundenched plot near beach/ all amenities.

Our beautiful two year old villa is situated in the quiet residential area yet allowing it easy and quick access to Javea town and the famous Arenal sandy beaches with its shops , bars and restaurants. The villa has been built all on one level on a large flat plot of over 1000m2. The villa has been tastefully furnished in Mexican style pine furniture with English TV,Wifi, air conditioning in the lounge, dining room and master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout the villa. All the windows and patio doors are tilt and turn,also the bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets fitted. The large L shaped covered naya leads directly from the lounge and dining room , in front of this is a large tiled terrace with illuminated 8x4 pool with steps. The garden is all landscaped and the plot is walled and fenced with entrance gates for your privacy and safety. There are two supermarkets/ newsagent about 1 km from the villa and various restaurants are about 2 km from it.

Javea is an ideal family holiday location situated on the Costa Blanca with its spectacular coastline and voted by the World Health Authority as having an ideal climate coupled with on average 320 days of sunshine. Javea is made up of three seperate areas , the old town with its beautiful old church and little narrow old streets. The port area with its bars and restaurants and pebbled beaches holds various fiestas during the year. The famous Arenal sandy beach area again is an ideal location for all the family with its activities for the children and its many bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Benidorm is situated about 30 minutes drive from Javea and has the Terra Mitica theme and natural parks. There is a large water world centre for all age groups. Javea has its own weekly outdoor market on Thursdays where there is something for everyone especially the fresh fruit and vegetables. There are two golf courses close by ,one at Javea and the other at La Sella.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a 25 % non returnable deposit to pay at time of booking to reserve the villa, the balance is then due eight weeks prior to the holiday rental date.
    A refundable 200 pound damage waiver deposit is payable with the final balance to cover any loss/ breakages or wilful damage to the property or contents. NO charge is made for normal wear and tear. Your 200 pound deposit is returned to you within 7 days after your holiday ends and the villa has been checked.
  • Special. Six days of August reduced from 1195 pounds to 700 pounds all inclusive. 22August to 28 August.
  • The villa is supplied with six sun beds, outdoor table and chairs, sun shades for use around the terrace and pool area. Linen and towels supplied and included in the price.

All three bedrooms are furnished in light pine fitments and have mosquito nets fitted to the tilt and turn windows. All three bedrooms are nice and bright and airy.

Notes: The villa has cable TV with programms from England, France, Germany etc. Wi fi internet is also available at the villa should you wish/need to use it. The south facing pool and terrace/naya area are all flat and offer an ideal area for sun bathing, relaxing or playing. The roman end illuminated pool has steps for easy entry and exit. Around this area are the beautiful landscaped gardens with beautiful trees, palms and plants. The plot is totally enclosed with walls and fencing above, two sets of iron gates give access to the front door and the large off road secure parking area for at least two cars. There is gas barbecue at the villa for those times you wish to stay in and cook and enjoy that alfresco dining experience. The large L shaped covered naya/terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or shade all day as the sun passes round the plot. This villa has it all, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday yet be near to all amenities then this villa has to be for you.

Bedding and towels.: The villa is supplied with all bedding and towels, there is a weekly change of linen and towels on Saturdays , this does not include beach or pool towels which are not provided .The cleaning of the villa and the linen is all included in the rental price. This a no smoking villa, so smoking outside only please.
