This penthouse floor condominium offers a king-sized bed in the master bedroom (with ocean view), a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, full size bunks in the private bunk room and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. A port-a-crib is provided for the wee-ones. This unit will sleep up to eight guests. The unit has been recently and beautifully decorated with tasteful, new, high quality furniture, new carpet, Travertine marble floors and upgraded bathroom fixtures.
Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
Televisions with premium cable, DVD and/or VCR are found in each bedroom and in the living room. High speed internet is also included. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless appliances, Corian countertops, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine. The breakfast bar has seating and the dining table seats four.
Our second home, that we have decided to share, is strictly and exclusively rented to adults and their families. Please do not inquire if the adults in your party are under the age of 25 (age verification will be required prior to rental). Quiet time at all rental properties is from 10pm to 8am. Management reserves the right to ask guests renting under false pretenses, or anyone violating the quiet time by causing disturbances, to vacate the premises immediately with no refund.
Our pricing is all inclusive. That means that taxes, cleaning, free high-speed Internet, free premium cable TV, free parking, and free beach chair service (March 1st thru Oct 31 a $175/week value!) are included at no extra charge. There are no hidden fees and no hidden charges.
Our unit is equipped with a numeric keyless entry system – which means you no longer have to worry about losing the magnetic key or having it deactivate by placing it on your cell phone. One week before you check-in, we will generate your numeric code and email it to you along with your Welcome Letter.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* Minimum number of nights required during peak seasons.
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time.
* $300 Security/Damage Deposit is required and will be refunded after satisfactory exit inspection of unit.
* Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
* This is a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' Unit and property.
You can fly into our NEW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ECP airport code) on Southwest or Delta. Celadon Beach Resort is one of the closest resorts to the airport and is located one mile from Pier Park!
