My family and I have just recently returned from the island where we had rented this home for two weeks. Upon our arrival we had noticed a couple of discrepencies and pointed them out to the local manager. Not only did he offer his sincere apology but by the time we had returned from grocery shopping the problems had been resolved. Booking this home was done directly through Amy (the owner) and was hassle free and simple. When we arrived we were greated by the local manager and from then he checked up on us and offered up some ideas for activities for us as well and was very polite and friendly. The neighbors were great on both sides, house was very well kept, ample cooking and linen supplies. The pool heater had to be replaced during our stay so the owner called us to apologize and even offered a few more nights stay to make up for it. Pool was very warm and clean, yard was beautiful. Thanks Amy and Salvador for making our vacation perfect! We hope to return again next year.
