With all furnishings and decor, bedding, etc. brand new as of Nov 2011. Kat's Meow is our beautiful vacation rental home with large covered lanai and fully screened in pool with spa. With 2 tables and 8 chairs you can relax by the pool or in our refreshing pool to beat the heat during the day or lit up underwater at night. Also a spa to invigorate you after your busy days enjoying golf or one of Orlando's many amusement parks and attractions.
You will probably not need to cook meals with many choices of restaurants and dining around. But if you do be assured your kitchen comes with everything equipped. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, ample cookware, dishes, utensils as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal to help with clean up. Enjoy your meal in the formal dining room or our breakfast nook.
There is a huge living room where you can relax and enjoy our 50' plasma HD TV with VERIZON FIOS and Bluray/dvd player. In the garage we have a washer and dryer, as well as foosball and air hockey or your entertainment.
The large master bedroom has separate pool access. With a large ensuite bathroom with separate shower and garden tub as well a walk-in closet. Enjoy the king size bed with it's ultimate in comfort 'EURO' pillowtop mattress and watch the 40' flatscreen TV with FIOS cable.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and there are 2 twin rooms with a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms include LCD TVs with FIOS cable as well as the same comfort in 'EURO' pillowtop mattresses.
For your convenience there is a pack and play crib and highchair, free WIFI, verizon FIOS with HD. Free long distance for U.S. and Canada, and hairdryers for each bathroom.
The resort has access to it's clubhouse with fitness center, zero entry pool, hot tub, kids playground, sand volley ball court, putting green, business center with computers, printers and fax.
