Enjoy your vacation in style at Panoramic City Views. This full floor, top level flat is located at the base of Coit Tower on Telegraph Hill, one of San Francisco's premiere neighborhoods and top tourist destinations, renowned for its spectacular City views and quaint, hilly neighborhood. The flat is flooded with light throughout, including a skylight in the entryway. The master bedroom enjoys vistas to both Coit Tower and the Transamerica Pyramid. The master bedroom features a King sized bed and abundant closet space. The master bathroom, which was recently remodeled, is appointed with high end, contemporary finishes, including marble tile, shower stall with multiple shower heads and a large vanity.

The additional bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed and abundant closet space. The rear bedroom also has views of North Beach. The second bathroom, also recently remodeled, features the shower over a deep soaking tub. The remodeled, fully stocked kitchen is appointed with contemporary cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and Caeserstone countertops. The kitchen, dining & living areas are combined/have an open floor plan, which is ideal for socializing. The living room has a pull out sofa for extra sleepers. The shared roof deck offers an additional space for eating and relaxing, with a dining table and chaise lounges. The roof deck showcases PANORAMIC CITY VIEWS of many of San Francisco's major landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Sts. Peter & Paul Church in North Beach.

This apartment is on a quiet block that is walking distance to many of the best San Francisco sights. Please note that it is located on a narrow street that has no street parking at all, and it is on a steep hill. It is the ideal location for folks who plan on walking during their time in San Francisco (rather than driving).

Important Note: Please note that this property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and parties are strictly prohibited. Please refer to the rules previously sent for more information about that. You will be charged a fee for violation of these rules. Also, the deck should not be used after 10:00 PM and in any event, please keep noise levels down when using the roof deck. PARKING SITUATION

This property is located on a narrow street (it fits only one car driving) that has no street parking at all. The street is also on a steep hill. The neighborhood has permitted parking only (cars parked more than 2 hours will be ticketed). In any event, parking is extremely difficult due to limited availability. This is the ideal location for folks who plan on walking during their time in San Francisco (rather than driving). That said, these are several parking garages that are nearby:

This is a great neighborhood for walking in the residential areas as well as the shopping/restaurant district--it is famous for its pedestrian staircases nestled in the hillsides. Grant Street and Columbus Avenue are a block away, and are full of the best San Francisco has to offer in terms of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The neighborhood is famous for its coffee houses, bars and Italian restaurants. Broadway Street is also close by, which offers even more bars and restaurants. Coit Tower, Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Washington Square Park are all landmark destinations that are nearby.
