Resort. Your studio has a king size bedand futon. There is a full kitchenette. Dining table & 4 chairs. You have the basic cooking utensils. Dinner ware, flat ware & glasses, bowls & pots & pans. There is coffee maker, blender and a toaster. You also have a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and oven. A full bathroom with a bath and shower. The closet is large and spacious. 32' Flat Screen TV, free Cable TV & free WIFI. As a guest you are welcome to use the fitness center & the pool, free of charge. A lap pool with a bar, large sundeck, and spa tub faces the Hollywood Boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. From the moment you walk through the door you will feel comfortable and relaxed. Your studio is a partial ocean view. The studio is well appointed and has a true beach feel. The beach & boardwalk beckon you. So much to enjoy, you'll want to do everything!

Great time in Florida !!!!

The house was wonderful, clean, sharming and very well located. The perfect place for a family vacation. The pool was great, my children did enjoy it.
The whole process making the reservation was great and Valerie was very professional, I do recommend Valerie and the Rose house to every family in America.

The Rose House was perfect for our week in Hollywood. Great location near to all Hollywood attractions. Beautiful pool, I would have liked a lounger and some shade but we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The house was clean and very comfortable. We would certainly pick The Rose House again.

We had a great time at the property. We had one problem with the oven, but the owners went way out of their way to solve it as quickly and as best as anyone could hope for. The owners live in the neighborhood so they are always around asking if everything is all right. While they were waiting for the oven to be fixed they brought as a new, large toaster oven and we also heated up food in their ovens. The owners take pride in their vacation rental and it shows! The house was large (there were only six of us), clean and up to date. They kept the pool extremely clean. Great location, close to everything! Hope to be able to rent again one day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
