A gas barbeque is provided along with patio furniture to further enjoy the back yard. A huge pool awaits your arrival with slide and grotto.

Close to antique shops in Historic Glendale. Enjoy professional baseballs spring training, and the many other sporting events the area has to offer. Located right off the I-10 at Avondale Blvd, and between Hwy. 303 and Hwy. 101 loop, on West side of Phoenix.

This is a beautiful home! Lots of beautiful space, very comfortable beds and great yard. Couldn't use the pool as it was too cold. We hosted Thanksgiving for 16 and there was plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. This is a good location for getting around town. The owner is very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this home!

This house is amazing ! When we walked in it was a dream come true ! We loved the pool for sure! The neighbors are very nice ! Nice quiet neighborhood ! Nice big kitchen to make awesome meals! You must go to the grand canyon if you stay at this house ! It is a must !!!! =D The owner was nice and good to work with ! He made our trip wonderful as it being our honeymoon! This has been a wonderful vacation for sure :) I will be back for sure! I am sad that today is our last day being here :( Thanks john for letting us enjoy this beautiful vacation home !!!

Upon arrival we punched in our security code and from that time until the time we left 10 days later we enjoyed the house and the pool. Very comfortable house and incredible pool. The ouse was very well laid out and exactly as the pictures showed, Avondale has everything we needed from grocery stores to close proximity to golf.

We had high expectations for this house based on the pictures and the previous reviews, but we were not prepared for how great this house really was! The layout of this house is outstanding with the master suite separated from the other bedrooms. The living room/kitchen/dining room is spacious and really gives an open feeling to the house. The pool with the waterfall and slide provided great relaxation options. The outdoor gas grill is of very high quality and easy to use. The house is right off the freeway, but just far away enough that you do not experience freeway noise. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The owner, John, was very pleasant and attentive to our needs.

During our visit we decided to go hot air ballooning with Unicorn Balloon Company and they provided an outstanding adventure.

We hope that we able to stay here on our next visit to the Phoenix area.
