The condo was pretty basic. There were numerous damage areas throughout the walls, blinds, closets, floors, etc. Could use some updating on decor and a fresh coat of paint. There is only 1 TV in the entire condo; it would have been nice to have 1 in each bedroom. It did have cable, though, but there were no instructions on the use of the box and the remotes. There was very limited seating in the living room...only 2 or 3 people could fit on the one couch/futon, and it's not very comfortable. There is a washer & dryer in the condo, but we never had to use them, but nice if we would have needed to. The a/c worked very well. The kitchen was a plus and it was fully equipped with all necessary items. The condo was clean and located correctly on the map and close to the areas we had planned on visiting. There is no internet-wifi as described in the listing, so the owner gave us a $20 refund. We did receive our full deposit back in cash at check-out, which was nice. The owner is living in Venezuela and the local contact, Yamary, speaks very broken English, which made communication difficult especially over the phone. We had to call about not having any hot water, as they turn off the breaker, but they don't leave any notification about that. The pools were a good size, but not heated, and the hot tub was not very hot. Overall, the price was all right (for our 2-night stay), but not recommended for long term rentals or if you're planning on actually being at the condo for long periods of time each day.
Owner's Response: Hello, I regret that the apartment does not fill your expectations, this apartment was painted and furnished by my wife and I, we did it with love and work.
We decided at that time we wanted a minimalist decoration, so do not see the apartment crammed with pictures on the wall and a decoration in the style of a circus, that kind of decoration do not like.

With regard to language Yamary told me that I inform you that English was not their primary language if I wanted to do so better communication through email and you said she understood well.
try by all means give the best service possible and clear all your critics will be evaluated and take corrective where we deem necessary.
We have had individuals staying for 3 consecutive months and so far always told us that all good, in fact we have families that have stayed on 2 occasions with us.
I appreciate your comments as this helps us to better service and hopefully stay with us again in the future and can verify that their comments were taken into account.
