This newly remodeled villa is located in the boating-oriented residential neighborhood of Isla Iguana and is the perfect place for a either a short or extended escape to the tropical warmth of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Isla Iguana is a secure, quiet, gated community located in the Marina Vallarta region of Puerto Vallarta. Marina Vallarta offers numerous fine restaurants, shopping, and services such as fishing charters, sailing, and excursions on land and sea.
The villa was recently completely remodeled. It is a fully furnished three-level home with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, and tile floors throughout. The first level contains a full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area, washer/dryer, and half bathroom; on the second level are two bedrooms and one full bathroom with bath/shower. The upper level contains the master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking private boat docks.
Maid and concierge service are available.
This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends as the three-level layout provides plenty of privacy for everyone.
My wife and I have been to P.V. many times .This time we rented Tony's amd Barbs Condo for a Month.We spent all of April there.The Condo is Very nice,with Great Neighbors.It is in a Gated Complex with a Marina Slip. You can walk to the Marina in 10 minutes along the slips.The Pool is Very Nice. we were ther during Easter( a very busy time in Resorts of Mexico) and there was still room and fun at the pool.Sorry No Loud whistles and music like your all -inclusives. Don the Pres. of the Home Owners Assoc. was a great help with Knowlage Of where to go and deals and the bus system.He is also the King of the Tan Contest.The Condo Has 2 kings and a Queen bed in the 3 bedroom unit. The stairs are a little steep but the bedrooms are very nice. The Master Bedroom on the 3rd floor has a great veiw of the Boats and Slips on the Balcony.The Main floor also has a walkout to the patio by the Slips (Great for morning Coffee).It has a BBQ that is great for cooking out.Ana the Prop. manager is great for anything you need.They deliver Bagged Ice and Water to your Condo.a large ice is $1 and the 5gal water refillis $2.50 as I remember. You can go Wal-Mart (15minute walk)(50cent Bus)($5 taxi) for everything,Food, Beer, Liquor.Food and Prices same as US. A $5 taxi back with all your things is woth it.The Guys at the Gate will bring a golf cart and help you take your thing to the Condo.The Bus system is a must. The stop is right in front of the Gate .It is 70 cents to Centro(the down town resturant/bars/flee markets)a cab would be$10.The condo has a washer and dryer so you can bring a lot less stuff with you( your wife will still bring the usual 5 bags). they are a little small but , that's Mexico.
Overall our stay at the condo was GREAT. We will be back!!!!!!! P.S. The Mayor of P.V. has a unit there,kind of fun seeing him and his cars come and go.
We again thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 29. Your villa is outstanding for it's peacefulness and atmosphere. Lots to do and see in the PV area or relaxing by the pool with others in the community, it was a joy to take part again this year(Feb/2009).
We had a great time there. The accomodations were awesome and the location very convenient to everything. The people in the community are very friendly and helpful making it very easy to get around. This villa is in a gated community with a lot of charm and personality. We cannot wait to go back. A fun and relaxing vacation.
