A little home away from home.

THE perfect place to stay in Paris! The place is just as described in the amenities list but nothing quite compares to a personal review.
We were here for over 2 weeks and were glad to settle in to our new home-away-from-home. We were met by Laure at the door and we could not have hoped for a warmer greeting; she is super friendly and easy to talk to.
She led us up to the 4th floor apartment via elevator (elevators are very posh as they are a rare sight in Paris). The apartment was shining and spotless, expertly decorated with a very smart use of space saving furniture. Everything looked like we were the very first people to stay here.
The couch turns into a very comfortable and spacious bed which has plenty of room for two to stretch out and relax. Falling asleep to the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower is a unique experience; you can see the top from your bed! The sun comes streaming in every morning, gently waking you to the beautiful Parisian sights right outside your window. Rub your eyes, stretch, make a few cups of coffee and cook a bit of breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. There's everything you need for bacon and eggs, full pasta dinners, soups, whatever you like! You will save a TON of money with your ability to store and cook food right at home (but do make sure to eat out quite a bit, the French do it right every time). The Gratin de Raviole is amazing at Bosquet just down the street.
The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, looks brand new. The fixtures are beautiful and modern, and there's even a towel warmer! Nothing like a nice hot towel after a shower.
For international travelers the WiFi is a godsend, it's nice to stay connected to the folks at home. Skype with Mom!
Getting around the city from here is effortless; the Tower is nearly at your door and the subway is just at the end of the street. There are many supermarkets within one block and you will want for nothing along the famous Rue Cler just one street over. There are bakeries and cheese shops and butchers and a decadent Chocolatier. The cafes and restaurants are plentiful and delicious.
As for the price of this rental: Apart from hostels, in all my travels I have not found a better deal than right here with Laure in "the most expensive city in Europe". If I were sending my own mother to Paris, I would want her nowhere but here.
