PALM BEACH 3DRM 3BATH-SHORT WALK/BIKE TO BEACHES SLEEPS 2 TO 6

The owner, Tom, was great and so was his management company Aruba Happy Rentals representative, Gemma. The townhouse had everything we need during our stay, especially the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor gas grill.

Perhaps, the one we'll talk and remember most about our Aruba trip was our first day's mishap. We supposedly were to meet our college daughter and fly together on the same connecting flight out of PA to Aruba. But it wasn't meant to be. Our flight out of Washington DC metro was delayed due to snowing... at the end of March (who would have thunk it!) Our daughter's flight from Raleigh to PA was on time so she was on route to Aruba by herself without much info regarding logistics and emergency communication (we asked her not to use her smartphone while in Aruba).

Long story short... We reached out to Tom in New York for help and the rest is history. Tom, in coordination with Gemma in Aruba, was able to send a taxi to the airport. The taxi driver, with a sign, waited patiently for our daughter but they ended up missing each other. Each went her own way, one back to her Taxi and one outside of the airport. Luckily our daughter was able to communicate with us via email using WiFi at airport, we relayed the info to Tom, and subsequently the info got to the taxi driver. Finally, the taxi driver picked our daughter up and then dropped her off at Aruba Happy Rentals. From there, Gemma drove her to the townhouse, gave her necessary instructions and then drove her to a super market for food shopping. All these seem simple but it's not that straight forward and simple!

We just returned from Aruba and are ready to go back. This condo is located in the heart of all things Aruba.

It is clear that the owners put a lot of thought into doing all needed to make sure their guests have a great stay. They provided a ton of useful information and make sure all the little extras are included. The condo is in immaculate condition, comfortable and very well stocked. The beach toys we most appreciated.

This is a very beautiful apartment and it has everything you will need for a perfect vacation. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, which we loved. All the neighbours are very nice. Even though the apartment is not located at the beach, it is close enough. It is just a ten minuts walk to Palm Beach and a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was just nice with a walk home after dinner.

Three very nice, large bedroms, three very nice bathrooms, lovely kitchen/livingroom with a nice dining area.

The apartment has all equipment to make your vacation perfect. The wireless internet worked great and the bikes was really comfortable. There is aircondition, three TVs, ice cube maker, toaster, plenty of beach towels + +. The owners has really done an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The pictures does not do this apartment justice, it is even nicer in reality.

Would recommend this apartment without a doubt.
