Welcome to our peaceful paradise. Treat yourself to the rustic ambiance of a log cabin while enjoying all the comforts of home. This cabin is tastefully decorated with woodsy, wildlife friends and nostalgic outdoor memorabilia. The wood burning fireplace in the living room invites you to snuggle with your honey or relax in the quiet with a good book. A 40 inch Flat screen TV in the living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms provide places to enjoy separate interests if needed. Two king size beds with amazing Simmons Beautyrest World Class mattresses and two full baths both with large jetted tubs and separate showers make this a great getaway for two couples or a family - plenty of privacy or togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to enjoy quiet dinners at the cabin. A charcoal grill, dishes, and appliances are provided. There is a waffle maker, griddle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and crock pot - as we said - the comforts of home!
The sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.
The screened in porch provides a special place to enjoy cozy dinners or to relax in the porch swing. The two Twiggy chairs offer a comfy place to sit and talk about all the fun activities you enjoyed that day.
Before you go home, catch up your laundry using the new front loading washer and dryer.
Notch Estates is a wonderful community boasting 130 wooded acres to explore. There are hiking trails, outdoor pools,(open Memorial Day through Labor Day), a private fishing lake, and playground. Welcome!
We believe you will love this cabin!
THIS CABIN IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED CABIN: While we know that many people travel with their pets and are very responsible pet owners, we feel it an injustice to our guests that have allergies to pets and smoke if we make exceptions to our policy. We are sorry. We also have a small dog that we love dearly but we make other arrangements for her when we go to the cabin. We don't mean to offend anyone and hope that you will understand.

We have always loved the wholesome, family friendly, patriotic motto of Branson. We travelled there with the family when they were younger. Then as empy nesters, we found a whole new vein of entertainment in Branson! Owning a log cabin was one of those dreams we never really thought would happen. When we fell in love with our first cabin, Cabin Dreams, we weren't sure we could make it work as a business, but we knew we had to have it! As it has turned out, that was the beginning of our cabin rental business. God has opened doors for us and made ways that we couldn't imagine and we absolutely love this business! The Great Outdoors is our 4th cabin to own but we had our eye on it for a long time. Our cabins are so much more than just buildings to us and the guests that find us are the most delightful people in the world. What else could we do to make friends from all over the country and get to have them as guests in our home?
'Why this property?' We don't always understand the timing of God, but when He opened the door for us to buy this cabin, we were thrilled to have it join our 'cabin family.' We love it!
The northwoods decor in this cabin is amazing! The huge elk head, the fish wall hanging, the huge wildlife art all combine to form a unique ambiance. A recent guest said it was better than Bass Pro (sorry Big Cedar.)
What a wonderful week!!! The cabin was fully furnished with lots of extras. Close to attractions but secluded enough to get away from it all. We loved bundling up and reading on the screened in porch overlooking the forest, sitting in the jacuzzi tub, the fireplace, and the Belgian waffle iron :) We highly recommend these cabins. Very clean and well thought out for guest to be comfortable and aware of their surroundings. We will definitely be back!

We spent a week in this cabin on our first ever trip to Branson. We can't say enough positive about our experience- both in Branson and in this wonderful cabin! We enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch on the cooler mornings and just listening to the sounds of nature and watching the squirrels play. We also enjoyed coming "home" to the cabin in the evenings and relaxing after a day of sight seeing, shopping &/or watching shows. The cabin is cozy and comfortable in every way. It really felt like our "home away from home!" The owners were so wonderful to work with and definitely went the extra mile in giving us tons of information about the area and also in all the little added touches they put into the cabin! Highly recommend this property and highly recommend a trip to the beautiful Branson area! Some of our recommendations for your Branson trip: "Joseph" at Sight & Sound Theater, Dixie Stampede, Dobyn's Restaurant at Keeter Center (College of the Ozarks), Lambert's Cafe in Ozark, MO, and if at all possible take a boat ride on Table Rock Lake with someone who knows the area/lake (so many fabulous views out on the lake)! Too many wonderful things in the area to list them all!! Branson is definitely on our list of places we'd love to return to someday!
Well...our stay was AMAZING!!!! We were so impressed with the cabin. It was comfortable, warm, and beautiful. We had everything we needed to make it our home away from home. I also loved that the cabin was all wood inside with vaulted ceilings, had a beautiful fireplace, and there was a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom.
We ended up not leaving the cabin, except for a winery tour/tasting, and stayed in and watched movies and played some games.
The owners really made our stay wonderful. They provided everything from cookware, for the many delicious meals we prepared, to wood for the fireplace, which we enjoyed tremendously. They also had a folder, which they did themselves, with information on attractions, restaurants, and deals, and family stories. I felt I knew the owners even without meeting them. Also, they were so gracious and friendly on the phone.
We're already planning our next getaway with our friends! I loved the cabin and highly recommend it.
