This modest, 2-story + sundeck, 3000 sq ft villa is situated on the beach just outside of Cabarete Bay. The grounds surrounding the villa are lovely with lush green vegetation and slate rock walkways, a wood thatch cabana area and the rustic touch of our background 'Surf Shacks'. Picture perfect - you'll agree! Just outside the back gate is your secluded private beach area, a few steps further out and you are standing in the Atlantic Ocean!

The clean, blue glisten of the pool beckons you to splash on in, it's refreshing waters soothing every ounce of you. The 3rd floor sun deck offers a view spectacular, and an opportunity to get a little closer to the sun and bask in the glory of that heat! Take a stroll through the back gate and onto your private section of beach, the sand pushing up between your toes, the salt-water air tickling your nose. Just a few steps more and you're passed the cacti fence and out into the open, the sweet sound of the ocean water as it comes up to greet you. What paradise! You will say to yourself. Absolute paradise.

We are located 2km east of Cabarete Bay, a lively and active beach-side community that features world class kite-boarding, surfing, and wind-surfing. The beach strip boasts a variety of restaurants, bars, and pubs, and is very popular among locals and tourists alike. Our secure and private beachfront villa is close enough to town to enjoy the nightlife, and just far enough away to feel like you've entered your own personal-sized paradise once you step onto the grounds. Embocca, a choice beachfront restaurant/bar is just minutes walk along the beach from outside our gate, which makes a weekend night out even more convenient!

There is a separate, smaller casa on the property that houses either the owner or the manager at all times. Very hospitable - we're here to help with anything you need. It's a pleasure to have you stay with us.

We have our watch dog, Pluto, and two cats, Tazzy and Tigger, on the property as well.

Landed here and everything went smooth. Greeted by super friendly staff and a cold beer! Hot days, great food, great people - some places just "click", and this was it. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot!

My husband and I came here with some friends. We fell in love with the place immediately. Private, bright, and beautiful. Greeted by super friendly staff and owner, - all attentive, helpful, and fun to be around - we felt at ease right away. It turned out that we arrived over American Thanksgiving, and the lot of us, staff and Mark (owner) included, shared in a turkey feast - great food, great company. I'd recommend this place to anyone - no kidding - it's got a good vibe. The crew there love what they do, and it shows.
Thanks again guys, it was a memorable vacation for us.

Lovely spot for a family reunion

We gathered the family here for a week of fun. Sampled some activites - golf, dirt-biking, beach combing, dinners in Cabarete, etc. Mark was a great host, and the crew and chef were awesome - very hospitable, happy, helpful, and the food was delicious. We're happy to have decided on this place and we hope to return again soon.

i stayed here with my family a couple of years ago, and it was an experience i will never forget. there is great hospitality along with excellent service. the pool and hot tub are very relaxing, along with the beach view. i am planing on staying here for my next visit to the DR, and highly recommend it to everyone.
