Master suite has a king bed, cable TV and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom has a king and a twin bed, TV and SONY Playstation 2. There is a second, full bathroom. Sleeper-sofa in the spacious, comfortable lounge with cable TV/DVD, leading to south facing balcony with Lanai. The fully equipped kitchen has stove, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher plus all the dishes and utensils you may need.Utility area has washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and heat. All linens and towels provided. Electronic door lock means no time wasted collecting the key.Our third floor condo is served by 2 elevators so you don't have to use the stairs.
Golf courses: For the golfers, there is the newly opened and acclaimed Mystic Dunes golf course right next door. Discount prices are available in the resort shop for local golf courses.
Windsor hills is a stunning estate, we will never stay elsewhere. Gated so you always feel secure. You can be in disney in under 10 minutes via the Sherbeth road shortcut. The condo itself was in a nice quiet area on the 3rd floor, lifts have plenty of room for your luggage. The condo was immaculate, and furnished to a really high standard. Kitchen had all the mod cons you could need including a dishwasher-which is essential while you are on holiday!. Huge washer and dryer, so you do not return with a ton of washing-perfect!. Lovely big comfy beds, walk in closets with plenty of space. The owner also provides plenty of beach towels, so no need to take any. More room for shopping!. The free wifi was really useful too. Lovely balcony with furniture, it's just amazing to sit out there on your first few mornings when you are up early because of the jet lag. When we arrived we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials, this was a lovely thought which we hadn't expected and we were all thankful that we didn't have to make the trip to publix after such a long journey. We also had a welcome card, which again was such a lovely thought.
I chose this condo out of the 100's there are on windsor hills, as the price compared to others was so reasonable. When Chris first answered my enquiry, she was really helpful, this continued through the whole process. I never had to wait for a response to my questions, I was always upto date with what was going on with my booking, which is re assuring when you have done a diy holiday. In the past I have waited for days for replies from owners and it's really worrying. Chris was a pleasure throughout.
I really hope that we can stay again. Don't waste your time looking at others you really won't beat this one!!

The apartment surpassed expectations - was an absolutely lovely place to stay. The apartment is luxurious as it is very clean, well-maintained and very spacious - could easily and comfortably suit a larger family. The rooms are large and spacious with good wardrobe space. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything you would need in a self-catering apartment. We enjoyed using the living and dining areas and having the option of sitting outside on the balcony.
We particularly loved the luxurious pool area - very relaxing with all the facilities one would need for a relaxing few hours in the sunshine by the pool, including refreshments from the shop by the pool. The water slide proved entertaining for kids. It was very convenient that its such a short walk and you are at the large pool area. The nearby cinema room and games area also provide a good opportunity to entertain children/teens. We used the on-site gym and were happy with the variety of equipment on offer - there are certain times of the day when we enjoyed having the gym to ourselves - earlier in the morning and mid to late afternoon seemed to be quieter times.
We also found that the apartment is in a very convenient location for easy access to the Disney parks, Downtown Disney, outlet malls, grocery shops and loads of lovely restaurant options.
The owners, Chris and Mike, were very helpful in providing relevant information we asked for e.g. directions to various attractions, information about travel to and from the airport, recommendations for good places to visit or eat-out etc. On recommendation by Chris, we particularly enjoyed our meal at the Olive Garden, which we would recommend for a delicious value-for-money meal. Bahama Breeze was also recommended and we enjoyed the eclectic menu options on offer. We were also advised to visit The Boardwalk and Downtown Disney, which was very entertaining with a good vibe and energy, which ensured two very enjoyable evenings. We have family who previously enjoyed a 2-week stay and they highly recommended the apartment and the area of Kissimee for a good holiday. We loved our 2 week stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone interested, both for location and an enjoyable, luxurious stay. We look forward to another visit!
The estate is a large but quiet estate that is coveniently placed for Disney and I4 access for Universal and Sea World. There was a super pool close to the condo with a water slide and hot tub. Also there was a games room that was popular with our teenage son.
The condo itself is spacious and well- maintained. It is equipped with everything you could ask for with kitchen equipment, towels, pool towels, cooler, pool toys etc.
Our arrival was very straightforward with detailed instructions, vouchers, key codes etc being provided by the owners well in advance of our arrival and there was detailed manuals in the condo for equipment, rubbish collection etc.
Overall a fantastic property that i wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
We stayed at Windsor Hills June/July 2011 for 2 weeks and had a fantastic holiday.
The apartment is spotless, light and spacious with every home from home comfort and facility you could possibly need. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard.
There was lots of available parking space and we were always able to park our car right outside the apartment.
The Windsor Hills Resort is also spotless and well maintained with fantastic facilities.
Although my son and nephew were old enough to go to the pool, sports clubhouse and shop on their own I felt more relaxed about them doing this as it is a gated complex.
The communal pool is large and was well used by us either at the end of a busy day at the parks or when looking for a relaxing day. Plenty of sunbeds were available and the pool has a flume for the children to use.
The apartment is very close to all the Disney parks (about a 5-10 min drive max), local restaurants, supermarkets and Walmart, making it easy to eat in or out at your leisure.
Thank you to Chris for all your help, advice and assistance before our trip. No query was a bother for Chris to answer - no matter how big or small!
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again in the future.
My only complaint.......we had to come home!!!
We stayed in this apartment end of February/beginning of March. We arrived late at night to find everything spotlessly clean and ready for our holiday. After a long flight it was lovely to just unpack and relax. The apartment is light and spacious, with everything you could possibly need to cook a three course meal or just toast. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen and other areas were.
It's also extremely comfortable with quality furnishings and fresh decor.
The apartment complex is family oriented, but we found it a very peaceful and relaxing environment. There is more than adequate car parking, and the whole complex is extremely secure with gated entry and exit.
There are numerous restaurants and diners close by and the theme parks are a short drive away. The apartment is well situated for reaching places of interest.
All in all, a great place to visit and stay.
The condo was immaculate and very spacious and comfy, it was like having a home away from home.
The beds were very comfy and it was great having a balcony to unwind on.
The pool was lovely and warm and great for relaxing after a long day in the parks.
Disney was right on our doorstep and we had all the shops and restaurants we needed just a few minutes drive away.

The resort is really near Disney, situated just one mile off US192 on Old Lake Wilson Road.
It is just two traffic lights and less than 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World's entrance (yes that near Disney!), only 20 minutes from Seaworld, 30 minutes from Universal Studios / Islands of Aventure.
A few minutes drive takes you to Formosa Garden’s shopping centre with supermarket, pharmacy, post office, ATM and many good restaurants. The US192 offers a vast range of shopping (Walmart & Publix are close by), eating places and entertainment.
For the golfers, there is the newly opened and acclaimed Mystic Dunes golf course right next door.
About one hour's drive will take you to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach, on the Atlantic Coast. This is also the home of the world famous Ron Jon's surf shop.
