This one bedroom, one bath luxury apartment in a highly secured brand new residential building, is located downtown in the center of Downtown LA. Blocks from your building is access to all major freeways (110,10 and 101), yet buffered by the downtown skyline, this apartment is quiet when you need to work.

Complimentary wi-fi and internet access is included. This residence has a queen bedroom with a comfortable brand new bed and a full marble bath/shower ensuite. Linens and towels are provided and a new stacked washer/dryer is stored in one of the bedroom's two closets. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances and dishes and flatware. Maid service can be arranged for an extra fee. Also included is complimentary access to the swimming pool, two gyms, sauna, steam room and hot tub, as well as underground secured gated parking.

You can enjoy the view of downtown and the Hollywood Hills from your 7th floor balcony, including the historic “Hollywood” sign.

The Los Angeles Convention Center and The Staples Center/Nokia Live are a ten minute walk away. Starbucks and Coffee Bean are in walking distance. If you're looking for just the right location for lunch or dinner, within blocks, you'll find plenty to choose from including Cucina Rustica, Morton's Steakhouse, Chaya Downtown, Drago Centro, Cafe Pinot, Water Grill and McCormick and Schmicks Seafood. The famed Original Pantry Cafe is also nearby; perfect for breakfast and lunch amongst downtown's business and City Hall leaders.

Looking to end the day with some entertainment? The Staples Center is home to The Lakers and The Clippers, as well as many dining establishments, a multiplex movie theatre and Lucky Strike Bowling Nightclub. Not enough? Take the 101 freeway, and you’ll be in Hollywood in less than 20 minutes, where you can find the jet-set crowd of Hollywood actors and actresses partying. Partying is not your thing but you are interested in the arts? A ten minute taxi from your hotel is the MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Ahmanson Theatre Complex.     There is no security deposit required, you are protected for any accidental damages up to $1,500. The cost for Property Protection Plan is $49 per stay regardless of the length of your stay, and will cover you for incidental damages.

    Our check in time is 4pm, check out time is 11 am. Early/Late Check in (s) are $40.00 based on availability. Check outs after 2 pm are an additional nights stay.

    One time cleaning fee posted in rates applies to all bookings regardless of length of stay.

    We do accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
  • This unit accommodates 4 people. Additional fee applies for the 3rd and 4th person.

Best Apartment in Downtown LA

We really did have a wonderful time there for the 5 weeks we stayed. The apartment was so beautiful and clean. We were so comfortable and happy. One of the best apartment I have stayed and I will be coming back again next year when I'm on my next holiday again in LA. I will tell my friend back home in the UK when they're in LA. The staff was amazing and wonderful. To Beverly and Ronnie, thank you for making us happy,

An unforgettable vacations

The apartment has an excellent location. You can see from the balcony the letters of Hollywood. The Universal Studios are just about fifteen or twenty minutes by car. It also has a very nice swimming pool where you can relax while you are watching the skyscrapers. It is a lovely apartment.

Had a perfect stay (8days) at "The Beatrice". The Location was perfect for me since i had business to do in downtown. The Apartment was very clean, the check-in smooth and the staff i had to deal with very friendly, helpful and professional. All facilities mentioned on the website are 100% true and satisfying. Have to mention that the washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The TV with it's channel and the Wifi working perfectly fine. I highly recommend it to anyone reading this. Would stay again if you compare what you would pay for a hotel per night.

Amazing!!

The Beatrice is in a great location with access to transportation, stores and restaurants. The apartment was exactly the way it was shown on the website. It was very clean, and having a washer/dryer in house was a great way to save money. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was clean. The Beatrice is really a huge building so you might get lost trying to look for your apartment(i did). The only thing it lacked was a computer for those guests that are from out of town. I needed to go to kinkos to use their computers just to find restaurants and night clubs in and around the area. All and all the staff were amazing and i will definitely recommend this place to family and friends! I surely will come back to Los Angeles and stay at the Beatrice again!
