This property was exactly as described Owner was in constant communication and easy to deal with. The property was perfectly maintained with no problems during our one week stay.Information that owner left in unit of local attractions dining and entertainment was extremely helpul and well layed out in a binder format.I would recomend this property for all ages and families. Lots of things to do within 2 hours driving.If this owner has any other properties i would rent from them again. Owner is looking for input on ways to improve and the only suggestion that i have is a charging station for cell phones, laptops, kindles, tablets, Ipads etc. Also there are plenty of pillows for the guests but i would suggest removing the feather pillows as people can be allergic to them.

As to the pillows, I guess we should have pointed out that the pillows in the 2nd room and in the closet are the non-feather pillows. When we present the townhouse we use the more expensive feather down pillows which many like. Guest can use any pillows they would like.
On the charges, we will look into it. Not sure how to do that since there are numerous types of charges, but thanks for the suggestion.
