This is a beautiful, ultra modern property, newly finished and furnished in 2007. Huge, light open spaces, double-height open-plan living room and American kitchen, big wooden dining table and four double/or twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Private but not isolated, the house is set within a 2,500 m2 flat lawned garden planted with olive trees and palms. Sliding doors lead out to a BBQ terrace overlooking a large 11x5 meter pool surrounded by pool terrace and lawns overlooking the view of the old town of Vence and the Mediterranean Sea with the mountains of the Col de Vence rising behind. It is perfectly peaceful environment set in the beautiful countryside above the old city of Vence. Very quiet and yet just minutes from the many restaurants, shops and galleries of Vence and near the prestigious auberge Chateau St Martin. Exquisitely furnished with the owners personal collection of art collected during a lifetime of travels around the world.

Behind rise the mountains of the Col de Vence rising, and in front a magnificent view over Vence and the Mediterranean. It’s a totally peaceful and private environment with only a few other large villas as neighbours. The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beauty of the Cote d’Azur countryside while being only a few minutes into the many restaurants and shops and art galleries of Vence. It's an ideal location to explore Vence, St Paul, Valbonne, Mougins and the surrouding villages while being only 10 minutes from the coast. From the living room and kitchen, sliding doors lead out to a generous outdoor dining terrace with table and chairs for 10 and onto a beautiful new pool and pool terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols. The pool is 11x5 metres, heated and alarmed and fitted with a sliding security cover.

Plasma screen TV with satellite and DVD. Floor-to-ceiling windows give onto the amazing view of the pool, lawn and the Mediterranean. Open plan American kitchen, fully equipped. 2nd back kitchen with gas cooker, sink and fridge and utility area with washing and drying machines. Dining Table of solid oak running down the centre of the room with generous seating for 10. Office – with WiFi internet connection and desk space – funky fluorescent typewriters decorate the walls. Bedroom 1 – Double/ twin bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room. Bedroom 2 – Huge double/twin bedroom with picture windows with amazing views and a sky-window to watch the stars from your bed. Upstairs Bedroom 3 – Fabulous master bedroom with super en-suite and view. Bedroom 4 - double/twin with en-suite shower room.
