Located on the beach side residential area of Mil Palmeras. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 persons) and 2 bathrooms, Living room with American kitchen plus conservatory with dining area. Outside is a good sized swimming pool which is very private and not overlooked by neighbouring properties. A shaded area with table and 6 chairs 4 sunbeds plus a roof top solarium The villa comes fully furnished (home from Home) . For keeping cool in summer time there is Air conditioning plus ceiling fans installed. There are Supermarkets banks and approx 20 local restaurants and bars situated in two squares. For the kids there is a football pitch and tennis courts plus plus the beaches of Mil Palmeras (6 minute walk) have the blue flag award and a beach bar during the summer months.

Mil Palmeras is a small village on the Costa Blanca in Spain. It is approx 45 minutes South of Alicante airport, 10 minutes South of Torrevieja and 15 minutes north of Murcia Airport. It is an ideal location for a sun holiday, whatever the time of year, as it has an average of 320 days of sun per year! Within walking distance of the villa are all the standard local amenities such as supermarket, doctors, banks and chemists. A car is not necessary as all the facilities and beach, are within easy walking distance, and if you do feel like trekking further a field the local bus runs every 30 minutes to Torrevieja, where there is a daily market. There is also an evening market on a Tuesday in Mil Palmeras where you can buy fruit, vegetables and cooked chicken at very reasonable prices. If you fancy a meal out, there are two squares, again within easy walking distance, where the majority of the restaurants and bars are situated. Food includes Spanish, English, German, Chinese Italian.
