The pool deck area has chairs, loungers and tables to enjoy the Florida outdoors. The rear view is different in that you are not looking directly into a neighboring homes pool deck as is very common with rental homes. This home has a pleasant view of the rear garden area and no homes at the rear.The private sparkling pool and spa will bring total relaxation after a hard day out at the attractions
The pool has an optional safety fence to protect young ones and the villa exit doors are fitted with alarms to alert you when someone exits to the pool area.
