    Pool heat is £100 per week and cleaning cost are and extra £40 per week for bookings under 7 days.
    Deposit of £250 stl. per week with booking form. Balance required 8 weeks before departure. Security deposit of £200 stl. with the balance - returned when house keeper confirms no breakages /damages.

The plush development has 2 children's parks , Tennis court, Basket ball court, Football pitch and fresh oranges to pick for breakfast. This beautiful villa is within minutes of Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Parks, Downtown Orlando and Orlando International Airport.
    This beautiful villa not only has a 'Disney Themed Twin Bedroom' but also has Games room with Pool table, Air hockey and Darts giving the children a memorable holiday of a life time!
  • Orange Tree Villa has a great choice of golf courses, and this makes Orlando the perfect golfing vacation. The villa's location are very close with Champions gate around the corner less than 5 minutes drive. There are many others such as Polo Park, and the par-72 course at Highlands Reserve. Not for getting the 6 Disney courses are less than 15 minutes away. While the guy's are play a few rounds of golf the ladies can enjoy the fabulous shopping outlets and malls, such as the prime and premium outlet at Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, the Florida Mall and not forgetting the Mall at Millenia
