This property features a large deck with a view of the water, a smokehouse for your freshly caught salmon, freezer space, and a fully fenced-in yard. Enjoy the luxury and convenience of your fishing guide pulling up to your dock in the morning to take you on an angling adventure! During the salmon runs you can catch 4 different species of salmon from the dock. The rainbow trout and dolly varden char fishing is fantastic from this huge, private fishing platform.
The deck at the river has a BBQ grill, a covered fish cleaning area, a sunken fire pit in the deck, and tables and chairs for a dozen of your best fishing buddies! Located 1/4 mile above the Soldotna Bridge allows visitors walking distance to shopping, fine dining, and entertainment.
The house itself has decorative stone tile floors, two fire places, two seperate living rooms, 6 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and room for a large group or family to stretch out and enjoy the comforts of home.

Reubin and Mindy are professional fishing guides on the Kenai Peninsula and Reubin is also a school teacher during the 'off' season. They have three young and healthy boys named Noah, Anthony, and Owen.

This is a large home, with excellent access to the river. There is 100 feet of fully docked fishing space and a beautiful deck by the water. It also has a covered area for cleaning your catch or re-gearing your fishing rod out of the rain.
