The townhouse was recently renovated throughout. It has a new kitchen with state the art appliances; completely renovated bathrooms; granite everywhere; a whirlpool tub in the master suite and a hot tub on the deck. It is WI-FI accessible and there are 2 HDTVs. The living room fireplace is wood burning and a gas fired unit is in the basement TV room. The 2 car garage is attached with nearby guest parking.The UTA Ski Bus stop to both Cottonwood Canyon resorts is at the community entrance.
I am a retired engineer/construction executive who continues to have a passion for skiing and all the ambiance that accompanies it.During the ski season, the townhome is occupied by me, friends and family for a considerable amount of the time .

The Wasatch Mountains undeniably have some of the best and most diverse skiing in North America. The property is as close as you can get to the ski resorts except to be in one; and it was affordable.
Only a half hour drive from the low key Salt Lake City International Airport, The Oaks at Wasatch is a community of like minded skiing and recreational people. The UTA Ski Buses to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton stop at the entrance making snowy day travel to and from the resorts easy and safe.

This is a great condo. Ideal for a family mountain vacation. For those who like to ski, the location is perfect, with 4 ski areas nearby (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton). Park City is not very far away. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great (probably the best) location for getting to the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta), with very convenient access to other resorts and to Salt Lake City’s many restaurants. The condo is very well maintained, very clean, and very nice; a great value, but if you are looking for super luxury you will have to pay a lots more. I would rent it again.
What a great place!! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better. The house is huge, it was spotless, plenty of towels and linens were provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub on the deck was the perfect way to relax after skiing. The location is also perfect - it takes exactly one left turn to get to Alta/Snowbird, and I think there were only 3 turns between the airport and the house. Dealing with the owner and his local guy was a pleasure, too. This place will definitely be my first choice next time I ski Utah.
Excellent location and property for our snow skiing trip to Utah. The owner's manager met us upon arrival and showed us around and how everything worked. Everything was clean and in working order. Nicely appointed, lots of storage, awesome hot tub, excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Only possible improvement would be a flat panel TV on the main level. We would definitely book this unit again if we return to Utah!
We had an awesome Spring skiing week. This home was reasonably priced and basically as close as you can get to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude without staying at the resorts themselves. And close to Salt Lake City and Park City, too. The house was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having the TV room downstairs along with the living room on the main level so we could all spread out. Bill always responded promptly to our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thanks!
Tucked into the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains midway between Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon, 9 miles to Alta/Snowbird and 15 miles to Brighton/Solitude. The UTA Ski Bus stops at the townhouse village making the ski resorts accessible even during the snowiest of days. Restaurants, super market, liquor and wine store, and ski shops are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. I 215 is readily accessible for longer journeys.
