Access to the cottage lost words by a small road that ends in dirt. The building is surrounded by a closed-old hovel, a pasture surrounded slope planted with oaks. This rectory was restored with ecological materials so renovation and "use" have a lower environmental impact.
The garden is enclosed, children can play safely. 11 beds in 5 rooms allow multiple generations to meet.
The lodging of words got lost Tourism and Handicap (4 criteria) label. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Vacationers can enjoy the beaches, sea, swimming, hiking through the many trails that crisscross the country of Caux and rest in peace, enjoying the lush landscapes, chalk cliffs, pebble beaches and sand .
The five spacious rooms of this former rectory can accommodate families who want to be in a warm place and allowing many attractions and sightseeing. The elderly are particularly at ease in the room on the ground floor, the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower (walk-in).
The decor is neat, light and natural materials add to the serenity of a cauchois charm.
Small groups can also be found in the house, for vacation or for an internship (yoga, storytelling, music, vocals).
The cottage has been awarded the eco-lodge which means energy savings and use of renewable energy label (geothermal, sun ...), better management of water resources, waste sorting, waste management, site integration and use of local and healthy materials. The geothermal heating, economic and ecological provides cozy warmth throughout the house. A heat pump water heater also allows energy savings.
The materials used to restore this beautiful old building were chosen in accordance with the environment: insulation wool hemp, wool, wood, coated with lime green paint, oak windows in the area.
