Two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room/dining room, two baths and a balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a small air mattress under the bed. On grounds facilities include pool, basketball and tennis courts, picnic tables and barbecues, playground, and beach access. Apartment is centrally air-conditioned and is equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, iron, vacuum, coffee maker, blender, toaster, high-speed internet access (ethernet), TVs, DVD, CD/radio, alarm clock, bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and beach towels.

This apartment is in the condominium complex called Marbella del Caribe, a twin-tower hi-rise condominium located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section on beautiful Isla Verde Beach, which is the most spectacular beach in San Juan.

The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues.

Each apartment has its own assigned parking space on the premises. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in walking distance (2 blocks) is the elegant El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as three other hotels/casinos. There is a vast array of restaurants from casual to formal within a few short blocks. There are several supermarkets, numerous souvenir shops, Charlie Car Rental and a Walgreens that is open 24 hours and has just about everything one could need from food, to beauty supplies, to beach gear.

Fantastic!!!

This was my first time using HomeAway and I was a little nervous not knowing how things worked. Nora was wonderful, she explained everything, even the seemingly ridiculous questions I had! The condo is exactly as I expected and the view terrific! She sent a nice list of places to eat and things to do and the best way to get there. We took her advice on several suggestions and were very happy we did! We had five people, my husband and 2 daughters and my mother and I; we were very comfortable. This was the best travel experience I've had and will definitely rent from Nora again! My oldest daughter is already planning a return trip with her friends and will be renting from Nora too.

Great location, great apartment

This is our third stay in an apartment owned by Nora. And once again it did not disappoint. The apartment is nicely kept and spacious. The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was nice to see that the building lobby has been remodeled; there is security 24/7. There is a Walgreens' across the street and all sorts of fast food and other restaurants around. Although we are "locals" living in the States, Nora's list of places to check out is always helpful. On this trip we tried Il Nonno Italian restaurant, it was great! I have already recommended the apartment to a friend from Boston, will do it again. We are already looking forward to our Christmas stay
