Featuring 5 Bedrooms (2 of which are Master Bedrooms) and 3 Bathrooms this house is desirable to fit multiple families. The Upstairs Master Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed, Full Sized Bathroom, Closet, and a Private Balcony Deck. Open the windows to hear the Ocean Waves crashing while you sleep! The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, Spacious Closet, 3/4 Bathroom and direct access to the back deck. The open concept Kitchen and Living Room, are perfect for entertaining, and there is a large back deck with grill, and spacious well landscaped backyard (including perennial gardens and picnic table for enjoying lobster feeds!) One of the best features of the property is the location. The beach is only a minute walk, food in walking distance, and driving distance to the amusements of Old Orchard and Fun Town Splash Town! We hope you will join us and have a true Maine experience!

Our vacation beach home rental is in a great convenient location, perfect walking distance to many local area shops and businesses. Within a 2 minute walk you can go to Salty Bay Take Out for the days you don't feel like going anywhere. Also located within a 5 minute walk is the Clambake Restaurant which has wonderful local Maine Seafood and also a variety of other foods. Want to cook your own lobsters, clams, and other seafood? Take a 5 minute walk to Baileys Lobster Pound and bring it back to cook in our fully equipt kitchen! What is there to do for fun for the family? Take a 60 second walk from the house and enjoy 7 miles of Maines most beautiful beaches. Also located only 2 miles away is Old Orchard Beach's Palace Playland Amusment Park, featuring an arcade and plenty of fun rides and activities for all ages. There is also Funtown Splashtown USA and Aquaboggan Water Park located in Saco only 5 miles away. This is fun for all ages, and if your not a kid, it will make you feel like one again. Looking to catch a movie on a rainy day? Well it never rains in Pine Point (just kidding!) There is an IMAX theatre located in Saco only 5 miles away (next to Fun Town Splash Town) Want to get relax and shoot some golf? There are several golf courses around. The following are a few: Golf - Dunegrass Golf Course (4 mi), Nonesuch River (10 mi), Biddeford/Saco Country Club (5 mi). Looking to go shopping? There are great stores and areas to choose from! There is the Maine Mall located in South Portland that is Maines largest shopping mall, which has a lot of the the big name retail stores. If you are looking for locally owned quaint Maine shops, you can visit Portland's Old Port. For outlet stores and to visit LL Bean, you can visit Freeport, Maine only about 30 miles away. You can also visit other outlet stores in Kittery Maine. Looking to go out to eat and experience some of Maines greatest restaurants? There are several restaurants in the Old Orchard / Scarborough area that have the authentic Maine seafood experience. If you are looking for chain restaurants, there are several in the South Portland area next to the Maine Mall. If you are looking for nice local authentic restaurants checkout Portland's Old Port. If you want to experience some of Maine's most breathtaking views, you can visit Fort Williams & Two Light State Park /Cape Elizabeth which is only about a 20 minute drive. If you want to go to Boston for the day, The Amtrak service is only 2 miles away located in Old Orchard Beach. We have a comprehensive information binder and pamphlets at the house that has information and addresses for everything discussed. We strive to create a true Maine experience at our home, with a touch of class.

Tax Rate 7.0%

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Contact us for 2 week or longer rental terms, as we may be able to offer discounted pricing.

    Reservation / Damage Deposit - A reservation deposit of $500 is required for booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning in needed.

    Payment – A 50% deposit is required 10 days after signing the rental contract and receiving reservation deposit. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rental. Payments will be accepted via personal check, money order, or bank check. The advance payment will turn into your damage deposit upon arrival. The balance of rent plus 7% Maine Sales Tax and any service charge agreed upon is due 60 days prior to your stay (or by May 1st) before your arrival date.

It has a ceiling fan, bureau, and TV. The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and has a 3/4 bathroom, and large closet. It has walk out access to the back deck. The Bunk Room features 2 twin sized beds, and also has 2 bureaus for storage. The Living Room Couch has a Queen Sized pull out couch that sleeps 2. The first floor quarters is a great space, allowing you to have your own separated place within the house. Accessed by a bookshelf door it opens up into a space with TV and refrigerator and sleeps 2 on the full sized pull out futon. It has a ¾ bathroom and a bedroom with a full sized bed that sleeps 2. The house has an aero bed that can be placed in the Upstairs Master Bedroom and sleeps 2.

The house was very well kept and in a wonderful location. My family and myself had a wonderful stay-everything you could ask for & more! Very peaceful area and so close to the beach!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Lots of things to do in the area too.
My son wants one of those bookshelf secret doors now !!!!

This is a very nice vacation rental. The house and yard were neat and clean. The walk to the beach only took a minute or two. The area is quiet with little traffic on the street. Everything listed as being in the house was there. We had great communication with the owner and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice relaxing beach rental.

Beautiful House

This home was perfect for our vacation. There were 10 of us, ages 14 to 83. Easy walk to the beach and places to eat. The listing was accurate and we didn't have any problems with anything at all. The owner answered all of our questions promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone I know.
