With 4 bedrooms and a large loft, our home can comfortably sleep as many as 14 people. We are Located just 15 minutes from Mount Snow and Lake Raponda and 10 minutes from the town of Wilmington. Enjoy Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Hiking, and much more!!

Our house is fully equipped with numerous amenities such as outdoor hot tub, foos ball table, dart board, and plenty of movies and board games to choose from. Nothing beats a long day of outdoor activities like a dip in the hot tub.

Another excellent bonus to renting our house is that you will have access to the Chimney Hill resort clubhouse. This is a short 5 minute walk from our house. At the clubhouse you can enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, basketball court, tennis court, playground for kids, game room, movie screening room, bar, BBQ area for large groups and much more.

We provide comforters and pillows which means sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included. If you would like for us to provide these for you there is an additional $65 fee.

Area attractions include Mount Snow Ski And Golf(10 min), Haystack Ski and Golf Club(5 min), Lake Whitingham(2 min), Otis Reservoir (15 min. drive), and golf course, shopping, restaurants, and antiquing. Only a 5 minute drive from the house is the main street of Wilmington which is the home to the areas largest supermarket (Shaws) and has a long strip of excellent boutiques, shops, restaurants and bars. It is such an excellent place to shop and relax with a cup of some great coffee at the vermont bakery.

Of course the main attraction is Mount Snow Ski Resort which is only about 15-20 minutes away. Last year Mount Snow had its best snow fall in a few years and they are expecting another excellent year for the mountain this year as well. For those of you expecting to venture a little farther North for some excellent skiing then Stratton and Okemo are only about an hour away. Killington is about 2 hours away.

    * Rates are different for holiday weekends such as Labor Day, Columbus Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years eve, MLK, Presidents day.

    * Cleaning fee is $150 which includes the house cleaning/inspection after you leave and a full cleaning and maintenance of the Hot Tub before you arrive.

    * Only comforters and pillows are provided, however:
    We can provide sheets, pillow cases, and towels for an additional $65

    * Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 10am.

    * A re-fundable security deposit of $400 is required. (this is slightly higher for groups with pets)

    * Pay Pal is accepted

    RENTAL RATES INCLUDE: All taxes, rubbish removal, plowing, sanding and firewood.
    The only extra cost for short term renters is a $150 cleaning fee as well as a re-fundable security deposit.

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. It has vermont written all over it with it's rustic charm and cozy woodstove. We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and also be comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and so was sitting around the fireplace to warm up. The house is laid out with 3 of the bedrooms downstairs along with a small TV area. This ended up being perfect for our group because it allowed the people who wanted to sleep to have some privacy away from the rest of the group upstairs. The owner Brian was really easy to work with and we will definitely book again for next season.

We were a group of 9 and were very comfortable here. The house was set up with everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. The mix of bedrooms and loft area provided plenty of space for a group with couples and some singles.
Loved the woodstove on the main level, which kept everything very comfortable.
The hot tub on the deck was a very nice luxury.
We used the woodshed to stow our skis, as it avoided awkwardness stairs at the split level entrance to the house. Just be aware that there is no dishwasher: one is not advertized, nor was it a big deal at all for our group to not have one. Plan accordingly, that's all.

What adds a star or two to my rating of the house was how pleasant and responsive Brian, the owner, was. He was prompt in replying to my inquiry and worked with the cleaner and renters after us to accomodate our staying a bit longer on check-out day. He quickly returned my security deposit check.
Everything was easy.

Strongly encourage future renters to bring a GPS with them, to help navigate the twists and turns thru the complex up to the house. (Brian provides directions that are accurate and fine, but we were grateful to have the GPS along all the same).

We stayed for 3 nights right after Christmas and had a Blast! The place was clean, well equipped and Brian was very easy to deal with. The proximity to the Mt. Snow was great, it made it real easy to get everyone to and from the Mountain. The Hot Tub and Wood Stove are two features that really set the place apart, not to mention the huge loft where our 4 college aged kids all stayed. It was a great family vacation for two families- plenty of room.

We will be back for sure, thanks!
