This Exclusive four bedroom and three bathroom beach house is strategically located above the Playa Mar Chiquita Site, which provides a direct and clear view of the Atlantic Ocean. The warm breeze will keep you relaxed and comfortable at all times, and the sound of the waves on shore will absolutely hypnotize you. The distance to the beach is approximately 500 meters (or 1 minute) down the road, and the house elevation above sea level is about 125 feet. The advantage of this exclusive beach house relies on the closeness to different key areas on the island. It is located about 30 minutes from the San Juan metro area via the PR-22 main highway, but at the same time it has a peaceful setting that makes you feel alone, protected and at ease with mother nature. There are also major shopping centers seven (7) minutes away from this beach house featuring plenty of big chain stores( 90 total stores), such as walmart, Coach, Banana Republic, Nike, and Gap, located at the Barceloneta Outlets.

There are also movie theaters and major known restaurants such as Chilis and Fridays, as well as other local fast food restaurants. You can also go to the Camuy Caves, where you will find beautiful landscapes as well as the interior of plenty of caves.This Caves are located approximately 50 minutes away from the manati area.

Aside from the comfortable rooms, bathroom spaces and living rooms inside this two story beach house, you will find plenty of vegetation around this private lot, protected by fences and gates around.
