Watch the dolphins play in the Gulf waters while the sun sets at the end of a beautiful day in paradise. This home affords all the conveniences of your own home, in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to everything. Whether you stay for a week, or for a month, you’ll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience.

Villa A is complete with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are equipped each with 1 queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your dishes, pots and pans, and everything you’ll need for cooking while staying here. The large living room has a TV, DVD player, and sleeper sofa for any additional guests you may have.

A shared washer and dryer and high speed wireless internet are included in this rental. This is a nonsmoking home. For those travelling with dogs, they are welcome at this property.

This home is a tri-plex offering two additional units. It is the perfect property for those traveling with other families or extended families. It keeps everyone under one roof while providing their own privacy and separate accommodations. It’s also a fantastic home for smaller parties seeking affordable accommodations by renting just one of the units. It sleeps between 6 and 14 total.

Conveniently located towards the north side of the middle of the island, shops and restaurants are just a short distance away to both the north and south of the house. A full service grocery store, marina, and waterfront restaurant are all only 6 blocks south.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

  • $500-$1200 weekly
  • Off Season -- $500/week per unit, $1000-$1300/month per unit

    Peak Season -- $900-$1200/week per unit, $2500-$3150/monthly per unit


    To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver, a $90 cleaning fee and 11% tax . Rates include all utilities. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule. A 5% discount applies when all three units are rented by the same party.
