This home offers 2000 square feet of living space, complete with kitchen, dining room, living room, large screened-in porch overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, five bedrooms and four full baths.
Decorated in an eclectic manner, you will find this home to be simplistic, yet stunning and very functional. The warmth of the natural hardwood floors and historic feel of the plank walls add natural charm and beauty to this home.
The large eat-in kitchen provides you with very modern appliances and every amenity you could want or need.
Enjoy meals in the kitchen overlooking Estero Blvd. and the daily happenings of island living, or eat in the formal dining room while watching the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The spacious living room boats a large, beautiful fireplace as its centerpiece, and a wall of windows to view the beach. Watch your favorite TV program, curl up with a good book, or relax while taking in the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and daily happenings on the beach. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area if needed.
Private laundry facilities are beside the kitchen, on the same level, for your convenience.
The most stunning part of the house are the views you will see from the rear screened-in porch. You will find yourself drawn to this area for hours at a time. The sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and the sights of the beach will melt your daily stresses in life away in seconds.

Enjoy the daily routes of our local dolphins who cruise up and down the Gulf of Mexico in front of the house in the morning and evenings. See some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever witness and right from the comfort of your vacation home. There is also a small upper porch that is unscreened for maximum viewing and sunning.
Rest peacefully at the end of the day in the large master suite with King size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with in-room TV and VHS player. Both bedrooms share a walk through full bathroom, decorated in tropical fish and calming blue colors. The third bedroom offers a full size bed with separate full bathroom.
The studio portion of the home has been completely remodeled. This area sleeps 4 maximum. It has two bedroom, two full baths, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and beachfront patio. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.
The studio area also has its own separate washer and dryer. There is a maximum headroom clearance in the studio of 6 foot. Head clearance needs to be kept in mind when renting the studio for those over 6 ft tall.
While smoking is strictly prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our grounds. We do not allow any type of pets to accompany you on your visit.
For the ultimate vacation, we also offer a full concierge service. Our concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in-house massage from a licensed therapist.
We also offer special occasion items; such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, and much more. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down service.
