The owners have incorporated contrasting colors, rich furnishings and fabrics that are all enhanced with the infusion of the natural lighting that flows though the condo. The living room is well appointed with comfortable furniture, a large screen TV, wireless internet, and a queen size sleeper sofa.
Opening off the living room is the screened in lanai, which overlooks the manicured grounds of Riverwalk, and faces out towards the pool and clubhouse. Enjoy bug free nights on the lanai while absorbing the peaceful setting.
The master suite is equipped with a queen size bed, walk-in closets, and full ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and in-room TV. A full second bath is located just off the main hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and every amenity for a short visit or an extended stay. Prepare meals while enjoying the views of the grounds or chatting with your guests at the breakfast bar. Dinner can be enjoyed in the formal dining area or lunch in the dinette. Your own in-condo washer and dryer, and covered parking, are also included. The unit is conveniently located on the second floor, and is serviced by both stairways and elevator. For those with allergies, we have designated this condo as smoke free and pet free.
